Higher education has been transformed from elite to popular in China and the quality of higher education has become one of the core issues of common concern in the world.China's higher education undertakes the training of professionals tens of thousands of high-quality personnel training mission.The ultimate goal is the quality of students,students of education and education quality determines the quality of higher education.Students are already the core theme of the quality of higher education,the quality of personnel training is the core of the quality of higher education has become the consensus of the people.The study based on the "National Xiamen University students learning situation investigation".According to the learning characteristics of economics and management graduate,preparation of Shandong province economics graduate study questionnaire and use the questionnaire reliability analysis software SPSS 19 to analysis the data and the impact in factor.The study from the six factors of learning,student teacher interaction,the relationship between students,learning motivation,learning strategies and learning gains of the present condition to study the situation of Shandong province economic management graduate and studies of gender and grade,family background,educational level of parents,this type of Universities(special)and if the student cadre,whether to cross the PubMed and other categorical variables in each factor differences.Then explore the reasons for the differences.The results show that the learning situation of the postgraduates in Shandong province is positive,but there is still has room to improvement.According to the analysis of the study and results of the Shandong province economic management graduate,the author suggests to change learning concepts,strengthen the application of knowledge learning concept;to enhance the teaching ability of teachers,promoting the teaching of multidimensional interaction;establish a correct concept of student teacher,reshape the harmonious student teacher relationship;strengthen the construction of campus culture,cultivate good relations between students to deepen the curriculum the teaching reform,improve the effectiveness of learning.Only in this waycan we improve the learning situation of Postgraduates in Shandong Province and improve the quality of graduate education.
