| Teachers are the cornerstone of school development.A high-quality university teacher team is the key to a school and even a country to improve their teaching level,improve teaching quality and cultivate excellent talents.Therefore,with the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the work content of the university teachers in our country has been widened and the work tasks have gradually increased,which has seriously affected the professional satisfaction of teachers.How to deal with the relationship between teaching and teachers is very important for the education sector,which can better mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and promote the healthy development of teachers.In order to improve the professional satisfaction of teachers,it is necessary to analyze the present situation of college teachers’ professional satisfaction,and then to formulate appropriate solutions according to their existing problems,so as to promote the development of university teachers.In order to better investigate the professional satisfaction of college teachers,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method,taking the three universities in Xinyang City as an example to study the professional satisfaction of college teachers,and through the relevant theories of college teachers’professional satisfaction The paper analyzes the status quo of professional satisfaction of teachers in Xinyang City through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the factors such as overall factors,working environment,work pressure,salary,interpersonal relationship,professional identity,school management,personnel promotion,self-realization And the development of nine dimensions of the status quo of university teachers occupational satisfaction survey;and from the demographics of university teachers occupational satisfaction differences were analyzed,so as to improve the Xinyang City University teachers professional satisfaction problems,and its Reason analysis,so as to put forward the relevant countermeasures,hope that this study can improve the professional satisfaction of teachers in colleges and universities,while at the same time for our country to mobilize the enthusiasm of the work of teachers to contribute a force. |
