Along with our country strategy relying on science and education,as well as a series of development policy of colleges and universities,the university scale expands unceasingly,the development of our country's higher education has gradually entered the era of "mass education".In recent years,not only the amount of teachers and students is growing,but also the demand of the land for college education is also very strong,University town emerge in endlessly,its expansion is very rapidly.Coupled with the rapid expansion of city scale,all of these lead to the practical expansion of the land use scale of universities.But as birth rates decline,the broaden of the channels such as go abroad and the vocational education,the number of college students began to decline,the college entrance examination enrollment are moving in the "shortage of students" era.Predictably,China's per capita land within the university area will increase,resulting in a decline in the land intensive utilization efficiency of the fact.Students' sources shrinking,the density of the students falling,and campus scale expanding,this contradiction is easy to suspect the rationality of land for education in colleges.In this background,this article chooses the typical college town—Changqing college town as the typical example,whose land for education was to carried out the basis investigation and data research,not only can further excavate the connotation of intensive utilization of land,improve the basic theory of intensive utilization of land for co llege education,also provide basis for the government to lay down the laws and regulations of the university of land intensive utilization,the land management regulations,technical standards and education development policy in university,and to improve the current situation of land saving and intensive land use in colleges in practice.This paper summarizes the theory about land utilization in colleges domestic and abroad,analysis of Jinan and Changqing universities town's universities education development situation land use,and profound analyses the evolution of the land use degree,the land use structure,the land use intensity and build the evaluation index system.Using entropy value method,expert consultation method to determine the standard values and weight.Using multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to get the intensive degree of score,and the evaluation results were analyzed.By measuring the potential of land use structure and strength,found that it has great development potential,the land use structure need to be further adjustmented,the building construction land scale need to be further increased,and the campus land management need to be further strengthened.Finally this paper analysis the problems of land use in Cangqing colleges town.First,the land use structure is not reasonable;Second,the proportion of non-teaching sites such as green space is too large;Third,universities fail to meet intercollegiate resources and finally creates a waste of resources.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First,scientific planning,and rational adjustment of the structure of university land;Second,comply with the standard,strict control of the land use scale;Third,focus on development,realizing the sharing of education resources;Fourth,classification management,to establish evaluation technology platform;Fifth,comprehensive consideration,strengthen the development of three-dimensional space;Sixth,strengthen supervision,to carry out the idle land disposal and withdrawal system.
