Rural Land Acquisition Process For Compensation And Resettlement Of The Farmers' Research

With China's economic development and the proceeding process of urbanization, more and more demand of land for urban construction and the peasants lose their land. Land is peasant's basic living materials and the house is the most important property, providing the most basic of accommodation for presents. But after the land requisition, the peasants have to lose them. To ensure that the interests of peasants, to prevent peasants becoming poverty for losing land, there should be corresponding laws and regulations to give peasants reasonable compensation.However, China's existing rural land requisition system has lots of faulty, not as perfect as urban's. This paper mainly discusses the problems of rural land requisition compensation and resettlement of the presents. This paper try to figure out the problems of the land acquisition to improve and perfect the policies .The author conducts his research combining literature search and fieldwork and through accidental sample, participant observation, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to collect data.This article is divided into five parts. In the first part, the author gives an introduction to the investigated place, literature review, research topics, basic framework and research methods of this study. In the second part, the author analyses the policy and system of China's land requisition compensation system, especially the compensation for house. In the third and forth part, the author gives an introduction of Bai Cun's specific compensation and settle system and analyses the existed problems. In the last part, according to the field work of Bai Cun and combining with China's current rural land acquisition laws and policies, the author gives a conclusion and puts forward three suggests.There is one main creative point in this paper. Different from the previous theoretical study of Law and Economics, the author conducts sociological method—field work to make suggestions, compared to pure theoretical research, more persuasive.
