Research On The Improvement Of Social Benefits Of Land Intensive Use Of Undergraduate Colleges In Chengdu

At present,the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of a country are closely related to the development of education,the level of science,technology and knowledge innovation,and education will always be in thestrategic position of priority development.The end of 1990 s,With the implementation of the strategic plan of "rejuvenating the country through science and education",it ushered in a large scale of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities throughout the country,and promoted the rapid development of educationalundertakings,followed by a continuous increase in the number of enrollment and the scale of students in the school.Most colleges and universities seize the opportunity to build new buildings and expand campuses or colleges under the guidance and implementation of the government.On the one hand,they bring development opportunities to colleges and universities;On the other hand,it has also brought severe challenges to the development and construction of colleges and universities.For example,the situation of university expansion is extremely rapid,and the phenomenon of land use is out of control;The new campus area of the university occupies a large area,the building density is low,the land intensive utilization is relatively low;One school multi-park?multi-dispersed mode of running,makes the infrastructure resources difficult to integrate among the various campuses,the waste of resources is serious,and the management difficulty is increased.Therefore,this research firstly combs and analyzes the related research progress of domestic and foreign scholars from three aspects:land intensive use evaluation,land intensive use social benefit evaluation and university land intensive utilization evaluation.Then the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts are expounded.Secondly,this paper analyzes the general situation of university land use in Chengdu from the two angles of university general situation and university land use status,and expounds the basis and principle of evaluation index selection,and constructs an evaluation system which includes 16 evaluation indexes at 3 levels.The analytic hierarchy process AHP and Entropy weight method are used to optimize the weight to get the comprehensive weight result,and then the comprehensive evaluation value of Chengdu university social benefit is calculated,and based on the evaluation results,there are three aspects:The first is the analysis of the results of the comprehensive evaluation from two aspects: the general situation of colleges and universities and the specific conditions of each university;The second is the analysis of the evaluation results of each index from the level of the primary index and the second grade index;The third is the analysis of the results of the multi-angle evaluation from the three angles of university type,multi-campus running mode,private and public running.Finally,this study proposes to strengthen the university capital investment,to add a unified and feasible social benefit evaluation system,to implement differentiated management and more detailed management,and to strengthen the social service function of colleges and universities.To a certain extent,it provides some reference value for the relevant departments of our country to formulate the relevant policies of colleges and universities,and also provides the realistic basis for further raising the level of social benefits of colleges and universities.
