Career expectations,also known as career intentions,is an individual's desire and longing for a career,is an attitude towards the profession and beliefs.Career expectation mainly includes health factor,prestige status factor and development factor.The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that affect career expectation,to find out the problems in career expectation,to give correct guidance to the students who are to be employed,to provide guidance for families,schools and society,and to provide educational advice and decision-making basis for the relevant departments to promote the employment of vocational students smoothly.The study chooses 261 graduates of 2016 secondary vocational schools in 20 vocational schools in Qingyang City,45 students who have been employed in 2014 pre-professional education in Qingyang Polytechnic School,and 12 private kindergarten principals for questionnaires and interviews in Qingyang City.The survey found that Qingyang City,vocational secondary school graduates professional expectations of the basic tend to be rational,but there are also many problems.The rational aspects of performance: nearly half of the graduates will not be the first condition of employment for wages.If there is a higher salary than the pay given by the kindergarten,they are not will to giving up doing kindergarten;more than half of the graduates hold that the popularity of nurseries is not important and the size of kindergartens Size does not affect their employment.Most graduates believe that kindergarten can provide opportunities for further education and the work can give full play to their talents and expertise are very important.The problems are as follows: the expectation of salary is too high,the number of people expecting to work in public kindergartens is too high,and the location and working conditions of the work units are over valued.The results show that the career expectancy of the students in secondary vocational school is influenced by many factors,such as family factors,school factors and social factors.The results show that the effective measures to enhance the career expectation of the students in the pre-vocational education include: strengthening the students' quality and ability,Students to create conditions for academic and employment,social related departments to actively build employment platform for secondary graduates.
