Our country is being in the era of Multicultural Coexistence and the crucial period of Social Transformation,the ideological security of the country,the people's ideological identity is bound to require the discourses of Ideological and Political Education.College students'Ideological and Political Education Discourse plays an important part of Ideological and Political Education,meanwhile concentrated reflection of the Marxism ideological work in colleges and universities,which is rich in resources of Ideological and Political Education,and plays a vital role in Ideological and Political Education.Thus,based on the discourse theory of Marxism's,implementing the principles and policies of the ideological work since the 18^th National Congress of the Chinese Communist,the research results from domestic and foreign experts and scholars,to the thoughts of Non-ideological Trend as the entrance,to enhance university students'Ideological and Political Education Discourse.The Ideological and Political Education Discourse consisted by the authority of educators discourse,college students' acceptance,the content of discourse appeal and persuasive,the harmonious circumstance on discourse,to resist the harmful Social Ideological Trend and promote the function of external harassment of identity of College Students'Mainstream Ideology,and inwardly to guide public to reach a consensus.In impact of Non-ideological Trend,the discourse of Ideological and Political Education of college students is facing many challenges,one is weakening the guiding force and attraction of Ideological and Political Education Discourse,the other is reducing the educator's discourse,another is destroying the circumstance of Ideological and Political education of College students,besides it always including the role of the main channel of Ideological and Political Theory Course is blocked.What factors account for it?The reason is the misleading and deceptive from the Non-ideological Trend,and affected the students'attitude towards,social background,and the Ideological and Political Education Discourse immature of itself.Therefore,following to certain principles,from the ability of main body,to improve educators'coping ability and promote students'self awareness and cultural self-confidence,pay attention to the inter subjectivity of value;from the content,pay attention to supplement the traditional discourse resources,discourse embedding and practical discourse from the perspective of education;from the manners,to translate instilling discourse to equal discourse,academic discourse to the public discourse transformation,pale discourse to affectionate discourse;from the circumstance,to promote campus culture activities and virtual network environment supervision and the formation of effective discourse prediction and guidance mechanism from the perspective of University;from the Ideological and Political Theory Courses,to strengthen teaching management,innovation of classroom teaching,broaden the teaching practice,in order to enhance the Ideological and Political Education of College Students' Discourse.
