The continuous innovation of science and technology and the rapid development of network media,influences people's values orientation and thinking mode,it also changes the traditional teaching model.The information literacy has become a part of modern people's comprehensive quality.The continuous integration and innovation of traditional classroom teaching and information technology has occupied the commanding heights of school education,which puts forward new requirements and challenges for teachers' professional ability and information literacy.Since 2010,the primary and secondary school teachers' national training program keeping pace with the times in China,innovatives training model,and aims at improving the quality of training.However,in the research of teacher training satisfaction in primary and secondary schools,it is very rare which factors research of online training satisfaction,and most studies only stay in the investigation level,and it is relatively less that constructs the online training satisfaction model and analysis of factors influencing the contents for primary and secondary school teachers.On the basis of the “the project of the primary and secondary school teachers' national training program in Gansu province”,the paper put “Northwest Normal University teachers information technology application ability training network” as the support platform,and put the teachers who participate in the training of 2015-2016 years of primary and secondary schools(kindergarten)as the object of study.Then,combined with the flow theory,social presence theory and customer satisfaction theory,the paper analyzed the factors affecting teachers' online training satisfaction,and constructed the primary and secondary school teachers' online training satisfaction model.In order to objectively evaluate the satisfaction of teachers on online training,and to propose countermeasures of improve the training satisfaction of primary and secondary school teachers in the online training.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,from the theoretical level,this paper have analyzed the three theoretical foundations of flow theory,social presence theory and customer satisfaction theory,and defined the related concepts of online teacher training satisfaction,analyzed the status of satisfaction,social presence and online teacher training satisfaction by means of Literature analysis method,and defined the related concepts of online teacher training satisfaction,provided some enlightenment for the subsequent construction of online teacher training satisfaction index system.Secondly,the paper combined with the actual training situation of “the project of the primary and secondary school teachers' national training program in Gansu province”,indepth analysis of the impact factors of teachers' online training satisfaction,the composition of the index system and the relationship between them,From the measurement dimensions of existing satisfaction model metrics,the paper further discussed the selection of the first grade index and the second grade index variables in the model.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire method,the paper used the method of questionnaire survey make the conduct pre investigation,and verified he rationality and effectiveness of the questionnaire by quantitative analysis method.Then,the paper conformed the modified model of teacher online training satisfaction by Model Method.Finally,used the modified questionnaire again,the paper verified the seven assumptions of the model,and analyzed the “the project of the primary and secondary school teachers' national training program in Gansu province”,and put forward some relevant suggestions by five demensions of the model.The paper verified seven Hypothetical relation finally: First,online training presence has a positive influence on perceived ease of use;second,online training presence has a positive impact on perceived usefulness;third,online training presence has a positive impact on teachers' satisfaction;fourth,perceived ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness;fifth,perceived ease of use has a positive impact on teachers' satisfaction;sixth,perceived usefulness has positive impact on Teachers' satisfaction;seventh,perceived usefulness has a positive effect on teachers' loyalty;eighth,teacher satisfaction has a positive effect on teachers' loyalty.
