Mobile technologies are particularly suited for supporting personalized,situated,authentic and informal learning.There is a widespread use of Smartphones by young children,more and more students know how to use them and they are becoming the most used tool by children.The purpose of this study is to measure the middle school teachers,students and administrator's Attitudes toward the use of Smartphone APPs in Chemistry teaching and learning.The methods have been used in this study is the quantitative descriptive analysis method to measure the Chengguan middle school stakeholder's Attitudes toward the use of Smartphone APPs at Lanzhou,Chengguan districts' middle schools.Some other research methodologies have also been used such as,literature review method and content analysis method.There are three schools have been selected randomly to collect the data,which are;Lanzhou(54),(11),and(7)middle schools.The data collection tools are a questionnaire for(350)third grade students;and interview for(6)administrators,(11)Chemistry teachers;and also,there are(30)students have been interviewed.The study used the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)to measure the Attitudes by designing the research tools and analyze the data.SPSS have been used in this study as a statistical analysis program,to get the standard deviation,means,and percentage of the sample examined,so as to get at the research findings and recommendations.The study concluded that there is a positive Attitudes toward the use of smartphone APPs in Chemistry teaching and learning.This can be seen in the perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,and behavioral intention,most of students know how to use these APPs for teaching and learning Chemistry and they can use it if the found enough support from their school,parents,and teachers.Teachers and students know how useful is the use of smartphone APP in chemistry teaching and learning and most of them understand the meaningful side of smartphone apps in classroom,and most of them understand the effectiveness of smartphone apps in their learning.Using smartphones can also help students to do some experiments on chemistry which is more difficult.Some chemicals are very expensive and dangerous,the school have no ability to have these experiments,students can work on simulations or see some experiments from the online video.The study provides some suggestions for further research which are;first,Policy makers and parents Attitudes towards the use of smartphone in middle and high school should be studied.Second,more researches are needed on the stakeholders' Attitudes toward the use of smartphone on teaching and learning other subjects such as languages,Physics and math.Third: More researches are needed on developing new smartphone APPs for all subjects in middle and high school.
