Physical Condition Analysis Of Yi,Bai,Zhuang,Hui Nationality Students In Yunan Province From 2013-2016

In resent times,technology is constantly innovating and improving,the physical health of college students,however,showed a trend of decline,which directly related to the success or failure of the whole nation.That means the study of students'physique is imminent.The People's Republic of China is a nation with a long history and many countries,the research on ethnic minority college students' physical fitness is of great significance.Minority health research can completement the integrity of the national health research in some details and help to formulate comprehensive exercise physical health standard for ministry of education,but also to understand the status of the minority college students' physique.This paper aims to analysis the health contrast situations and changes of yi,bai,zhuang,hui college students' physical in Yunnan province from 2013-2016,to explore its influencing factors,to provide a scientific basis for improving yi,bai,zhuang,hui college students' physique,and to provide a reference basis for further perfecting college sports finess management.With yi,bai,zhuang,hui college students in Yunnan University as the research object,using the literature material method,test method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,from 2013 to 2016,to sort and analyse grade 2013 yi,bai,zhuang,hui college students' physical test data,the feedback from the questionnaire survey data analysis,and to explore its influence factors.The results show that:1.There exists very significant differences in body shape among grade 2013 yi,bai,zhuang,hui college students.Hui people's average height and weight are higher than other three ethnic groups,the body grows and develops better,taller and stronger.Zhuang people's height,weight is lower than the other three ethnic groups,relatively shorter and thiner.During 2013-2016,yi,bai,zhuang students body shape has become stronger.2.There exists very significant differences in lung capacity among grade 2013 yi,bai,zhuang,hui college students.Hui students' lung capacity is significantly higher than other three ethnic groups.They have better lung function.During 2013-2016,bai students' lung function and body fuction has declined.3.There exists very significant differences in physical quality among grade 2013 yi,bai,zhuang,hui college students.Zhuang has the best speed,lower limbs explosive power,flexibility,and muscle strength.Yi has the best endurance quality.During 2013-2016,the speed quality of the four national has been lower,the limbs explosive power,flexibility,muscle strength has been decreased.4.There exists some deficiencies in the theory of health knowledge and sports knowledge,sports interest,the concept of life-long sports and exercise time among grade 2013 yi,bai,zhuang,hui college students.
