Employment Status Of Floating Population And Its Influencing Factors

In 2014,the national new urbanization plan the Party Central Committee and the State Council issued on March "(2014～2020)" clearly pointed out,to the people of the town as the core,the implementation of the orderly transfer of the agricultural population of people.Floating population is the main way of our country at the present stage of the development of urbanization,and the people of migrant workers "has become one of the core content of the new urbanization China.Country in the new urbanization plan(2014-2020),proposed to 2020 household population urbanization rate of about 45%,the resident population urbanization rate of about 60%.Since the fertility rate of urban population is lower than that of the rural population,the natural growth rate has already been in a very low level or even into negative growth.Since 1980s,with the development of industrialization and economic growth in China,the urbanization process has been accelerated.Floating population has become an indispensable main force to realize the goal of "two years in one hundred years".The floating population’s employment and labor remuneration are the basic conditions for the floating population to survive and develop in the floating areas.Therefore,the employment situation of the floating population and its income problems have attracted more and more attention.This thesis takes Western related theories as the basis,to Yunnan province between 2012～2015 with floating population dynamic monitoring data obtained by regression analysis as the foundation,with the cross class table,has analyzed the flow status of the population with the employment situation in-depth observation and focus on the factors of the floating population,employment status,and income analysis of the impact,and in the fifth chapter introduces the Yunnan province population outflow comparative analysis.Through the research,draw the following conclusion:the low employment quality in Yunnan province need talent overall knowledge,education level have a significant impact on income and occupation selection of floating population,high school or less education were more likely to engage in non technical aspects of the work,or a service staff,education the higher the degree of income is higher;compared to 31～40 year old population of other age higher income;gender has a significant influence on the choice of occupation and income,women earn significantly less than men;the labor security system implementation is not in place,the social insurance rate is low.In view of the above conclusions,we put forward the policy thinking of increasing human capital investment,eliminating gender discrimination,perfecting the labor security system,and enhancing the awareness of safeguarding rights.
