| Recent years have witnessed the rapid development of China's sports,in the process of which,more and more amateur volleyball clubs appear and catchpeople's attention.As a kind of folk sports organization,amateur volleyball clubdeveloped by leaps and bounds during the woman's volleyball spirit period,with its pertinence and flexibility to fully realize the broad social needs of volleyball enthusiasts in the country.This paper studies the current situation and characteristics of the amateur volleyball club in Weifang City.On the one hand,it can provide some references and guidances for the development of Weifang amateur volleyball club,and promote the sustainable development of mass volleyball in Weifang.On the other hand,with the rapid development of China's economic as well as social level and the further improvement of the level of urbanization,this study can also provide valuable reference and reference for the mass volleyball in other cities in an attempt to social-economic development.Therefore,strengthening the research of Weifang amateur volleyball club development,can be theoretically and practically significant to speed up the amateur volleyball development process and build a complete amateur volleyball career.This paper collects amateur volleyball management theory,amateur volleyball club operating mechanism,amateur volleyball club management system and other research information,to master the latest status of amateur volleyball clubdevelopment.During the course of the study,nine amateur volleyball clubs and320 people in Weifang were surveyed by means of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The leaders of the relevant sports management departments were interviewed,for a comprehensive understanding of the amateur volleyball club present situation in Weifang City.Based on the research of Weifang Amateur Volleyball Club,the development strategy of that is preliminarily constructed.Combine with the current development situation of Weifang amateur volleyball club,a feasibility proposal is made for further development.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1?Weifang City amateur volleyball club development depends,to a certain extent,on the level of the club members learning ability.The main forces of Weifang Cityamateur volleyball club are college students,who are of the higher level of education.2?Weifang City amateur volleyball club professional development is still in the initial stage.Its own management system is insufficient which have hindered the amateur volleyball club's further development.3?The development process of Weifang amateur volleyball club,lacks the support from the relevant sports sector,the support from social forces,and the support for development power.4?The sports venues and facilities of Weifang City amateur volleyball club can not effectively meet the volleyball player's sports needs.The lack of resources sharing in site facilities,can not reasonably optimize the allocation of resources.5?The development funding sources of Weifang City amateur volleyball club is single,among which the team fees from the club members takes domination.There is lack of financial protection in the development process.6?The main social role of Weifang City amateur volleyball club development is : to meet fitness needs,to stimulate sports consumption,to promote the popularity of Weifang City volleyball and increase the volleyball market development.The following suggestions are made based on the above conclusions:1?Complet the Management System of Amateur Volleyball Club in Weifang City.2?Increase the support to Weifang amateur volleyball club.3?Strengthen the construction of Weifang amateur volleyball club site facilities.4?Strengthen the cooperation with the media,and start the amateur volleyball club activities in multi-channel.5?Encourage social forces to fund amateur volleyball clubs.6?And constantly improve the instructor ability and technical level in Weifang City volleyball sports. |
