Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Inner Mongolia's "Hoo-Bao-E" Amateur Volleyball Club

Volleyball is originally created for entertainment and leisure,so from the moment of the birth of volleyball has been recognized by the public as an entertaining game,people play volleyball,mainly in order to achieve leisure,fitness purposes.The most important characteristic of modern volleyball is to realize the coexistence and development of athletic volleyball and recreational volleyball.The high-level athletic volleyball has been widely known all over the world,but FIVB hopes to continue to expand the influence of volleyball,volleyball can be popularized among the masses.In such an environment,the author decided to investigate and understand the development of mass amateur volleyball in Inner Mongolia,the present situation and countermeasures of Amateur Volleyball Clubs in Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos of Inner Mongolia were investigated by questionnaire.The findings are as follows:1.There are 11 amateur volleyball clubs of a certain size in Inner Mongolia region,none of which have been registered legally,and 7 of which have fewer than 30 members,the members of the club are more male than female,the occupation distribution is concentrated in enterprises and institutions,the education level is higher,the age of the members tends to be younger.2.The members of the club will take part in 1-2 times of Regular Amateur Volleyball Club competition every year.The Organization of the competition is mainly composed of the sports-related functional departments and self-organization,and the source of the competition funds is mainly self-financed.3.Club venues are concentrated in schoolsand local public venues,and generally charge a fee,with surveys showing that at least half of club members are dissatisfied with the facilities.4.Most members of the club say they have a favorite team or star,and family members are supportive of joining the club,members of the club get information about volleyball mainly through television,the Internet and talking to friends,and most said that the quality of the local media promotion of volleyball content is not good.5.The main motive of the club members participating in the volleyball game is their interests and physical fitness,and the main reason that affects the participation of the club members is the problem of the work and the place,club members said that the reasons for hindering the development of the club are: the importance of the relevant departments,venue issues,financial issues,publicity issues,lack of professional guidance,the form of activities,other reasons.Based on the research results,the author puts forward the following suggestions for the development of amateur volleyball clubs in Inner Mongolia region of "Hoo-Bao-E" :1.Clubs should be legally registered,set up club rules and regulations,improve the club management system.2.The club takes the initiative to strengthen the communication with the sports related functional departments.3.Clubs are actively reaching out to schools and strengthening cooperation with universities.4.Clubs need to open up new media channels,expand social visibility,and enhance the impact of the club.5.The club carries on the diversification activity form,enhances the activity entertainment and the interest.6.The club widely absorbs the business enterprise personnel to enter,draws together the social resources to sponsor.7.The local functional departments of sports shall encourage and support the active construction of the clubs,supervise and guide the development of the clubs,coordinate the relations between the clubs and schools and sports activity centers,and increase the operational guidance to the clubs,construction and improvement of more volleyball facilities.
