This is good with sense of theory and reality to the canonical and healthy development of the Hebei amateur volleyball clubs, the activities of nationwide fitness and the development of harmonious society.The major conclusion is as follows:(1) All the investigated Hebei amateur volleyball clubs have set up complete organizational structure and management systems, but some clubs have not set up detailed rules and regulations. Different club has different registration. Most clubs take closed membership scheme.(2) Hebei Amateur Volleyball Club members, male members are more than females, and tend to be younger, with a stable job. The club members' overall culture quality is high.(3)The funding of members of Hebei Province Amateur Volleyball Club is medium, in line with the characteristics of volleyball. Members of the volleyball club know the features well, and have a clear motivation of the volleyball training, and a lot of harvest and feeling. The main consideration of participating the volleyball club are the timing, training location and training conditions and other factors.(4) The trainers of spare volleyball club in Hebei province, men more than women, tend to be younger. The degree structure of the trainers is more reasonable but not the professional title, and seldom regularly taking part in the professional training. Most coaches come from Gym teachers or professional sports coaches, lack of the ability and experience, and guiding time is short.(5)Hebei Province Amateur Volleyball Club has a multi-channel for funding. Among them the most two important forms are personal membership dues and social sponsorship. Most of the Club venues hired have the long-term fixed-time form, and basic field equipment can meet the event's needs.(6)Hebei Province Amateur Volleyball Club training times, and each weekly practice time is reasonable. Most of the club participated in the competition, there are many clubs took part in the provincial and even national competitions.(7) The impact factors for the development of the amateur volleyball club of Hebei province are indemnify factor, communion factor, themselves factor, and management factor. In order to solve these problems of the factors, we take countermeasures as follows trying for importance of leaders to all levels, strengthening the rules and regulations of the volleyball club, taking extensive exchanges, expanding communication channels, regulating the club's operating system and broadening the sources of funding, and so on.
