Emotional Energy:Analysis On The Initiating Process Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

1980s,with the continuous improvement of the degree of marketization,farmers who in a weak position in order to reduce transaction costs,develope economies of scale improve their market competitiveness,they start an independent organization.Since the promulgation of the law of the People's Republic of China on Farmers' professional cooperatives in 2007,the development of China's farmer cooperatives is strong.By the end of 2015,The number of cooperatives has reached 1.48 million.The number of co-op cooperatives is 47%of the total number of cooperatives.Alhough in the formation of cooperative society,capable people play a vital role,the influence of the core members of cooperatives on the formation of cooperatives can not be ignored.However,at present,the research on the cooperative co-operatives in the academic circles emphasizes the impact of the development of cooperatives on the development of cooperatives,rarely analyzes the formation process of the peasant professional cooperatives,and interacts with the core members from the cooperatives.The angle of the analysis of the formation of cooperative research is even less.In fact,the core members are also the force that can not be ignored in the stage of the establishment of cooperatives,because cooperatives are formed in the process of interaction between the capable and the core members.This paper is based on Collins' interactive ritual chain theory,through the interaction between the strong and the core members,analysis of the start-up process of cooperatives.According to the basic order,the formation process is divided into three stages:cooperation advocacy period,the core members of the screening period and the completion of cooperatives.Through the study of the formation of cooperatives,the following points were found.Firstly,as a leader of the farmer's professional cooperatives,there are usually successful large-scale agricultural production experiences.Once they have the opportunity to set up cooperatives,they will spare no effort to promote the formation of new agricultural scale production.And they are committed to a successful interactive rituals,and take it as a "burning".The interaction of each stage is linked to each other to promote the completion of the farmer's professional cooperatives.Secondly,the wealth of symbolic capital is a direct impact on the formation of the cooperative process is smooth.A man with rich symbolic capital,will be able to start a process in the cooperative,to provide a wealth of financial support,and a broad network of support.And be able to eliminate the concerns of the members of the cooperation,make timely concessions to stimulate the enthusiasm of others,attract outstanding members to join the team,and work together to establish the cooperatives.Thirdly,emotional energy and symbolic capital are the main criteria for selecting core members.Because of the emotional energy and symbolic capital richness directly affect the cooperative development prospects.Finally,a successful interaction will have a far-reaching impact,the success of the ceremony will bring group solidarity,emotional energy and symbolic capital resources to people.It will promote the continuous deepening of the interactive ritual,or to promote people in a ceremony after the end of the initiative to open a similar interactive ritual.
