Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Sense Of Responsibility For Network Citizens

"13th Five-Year"plan pointed out,"to guide the public with social morality,occupation morality,family morality and personal morality and moral norms cultivating self-discipline,conscientiously fulfill their legal obligations and social and family responsibilities,and consciously abide by the social order maintenance."^[1]As an extension of the real society,the maintenance of the social order requires the efforts of all citizens,in which the promotion of College Students'sense of network citizen responsibility is particularly important.College students as an important user of the new era of network,participants in the network activities,network information and the communicators,the network of civil liability education should arouse the attention of all sectors of society.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic,research status,research ideas and methods.Chapter one:overview of College Students'sense of network citizenship.First of all,from the meaning of citizen network,citizen responsibility consciousness connotation,citizen responsibility consciousness of College Students'network of progressive hostile citizen responsibility consciousness of College Students'network connotation were explained,and then from the urgent need is to shape the sound personality of college students,is the inevitable requirement of Ideological and Political Education,is the inevitable choice of social health network the orderly development has carried on the analysis to the urgency of the cultivation of College Students'network citizen responsibility consciousness.The second chapter is the empirical analysis of College Students'sense of network citizen responsibility.This part through the analysis of empirical investigation on College Students'network of civic responsibility consciousness status,with the network of College Students'lack of a sense of civic responsibility are discussed,and from the particularity of the network environment,the development of college students in Colleges and universities of objectivity,network education and civic responsibility consciousness education of the government is insufficient,the network management and the absence of relevant legal system is not perfect on the five aspects of College Students'network citizens lack of sense of responsibility causes were analyzed.The third chapter is about the Countermeasures of Cultivating College Students'sense of responsibility.The author believes that this part of the college students themselves,college education,government departments and the rule of law in the four levels of College Students'awareness of civic responsibility for the network put forward practical suggestions.
