| Strong sense of social responsibility is an essential quality for college students to grow up and become an important measure of whether they can become qualified successors and builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Present Xi Jinping pointed out that a nation will prosper only when its young people thrive;a country will be full of hope and have a great tomorrow only when its younger generations have ideals,ability,and a strong sense of responsibility.Young college students are outstanding representatives of the youth group,and their sense of social responsibility plays a vital role in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,college students’ social responsibility is facing new challenges under the mainstream of overall good momentum.Therefore,how to enhance the social responsibility of college students has become an important topic in the current academic world,with certain theoretical significance,practical significance and value of the times.Based on the relevant theories of responsibility in Marxism and Engels,thoughts on responsibility in China’s excellent traditional culture,and the thoughts of Chinese Communists on responsibility,this paper uses literature research and questionnaires to analyze the problems and causes of college students’ sense of social responsibility.Explore effective ways and practical methods to improve and enhance college students’ sense of social responsibility.Based on the investigation of college students’ sense of social responsibility at universities in Hebei Province to analysis the college students’ sense of social responsibility’s current situation.The mainstream of college students’ social responsibility shows positive and good momentum.Most of the college students’ social responsibility is in line with the requirements of social development and fits the global development trend.However,there are also some bad phenomena including the weaker consciousness of taking national responsibility;insufficient dedication spirit about collective and others responsibility;poorer consciousness of practicing about family responsibility;lower persistence of self responsible behavior.These unhealthy phenomena are the result of the combined effects of multiple factors including the negative impact of the social environment,relatively weakened responsibility education in colleges,biased family responsible education,poor individual cognition and willpower to practice responsibility.By analyzing the causes of the problems in college students’ social responsibility,this paper combines the four important factors of “society-college-family-individual”to explore the countermeasures for the enhancement and improvement of college students’ sense of social responsibility.Firstly,creating a great environment.Secondly,giving play to the main positions of university responsibility education.Thirdly,strengthening the key starting point of family responsibility education.At last,giving play to the endogenous motivation of self-responsibility education.Whether or not college students have a strong sense of social responsibility in the new era is of great significance to the realization of the Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.Based on the new characteristics of the times,through the research on the current situation of college students’ social responsibility,this paper explores the countermeasures to solve the problem of college students’ sense of social responsibility,enhances the social responsibility of college students,and then helps the cultivation of "new generations of the times" and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. |
