Academic development adaptability refers to a kind of process that when learning changes in the environment,the students make self-adjustment to achieve good learning effect,good comprehensive evaluation and the higher value of education experience.Numerous present studies have found that: at present,most college students have exist certain problems in academic development of adaptability,especially the minority college students.And the minority college students of “Min Kao Han”as a special group of college students and minority students have a certain particularity in their culture and hears;and have different language,educational background,and so on.These different factors may cause some problems in the process of adaptation,which affects their academic development.So we need to pay attention to the academic development adaptability of minority college students of “Min Kao Han”.That not only can promote the students' academic development,but also improve the quality of teaching and talent training quality;and good for our future development in national regions,provide reserve talented persons for all aspects of development in national regions and the overall progress of various undertakings.In the study,empirical research is used to investigate the “Min KaoHan”minority college students' s academic development adaptability situation,and analyzes the influential factors of the academic development adaptability.By case investigation,we can elaborates the status of academic development adaptability and analyzes its influential factors.Then,put forward the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions.Referring to the questionnaire and studies in advance,we makes a “Min KaoHan” minority college students' academic development adaptability questionnaire.First,through the random sample of 76“Min Kao Han”minority college students to investigate to understand the adaptability situation;Second,through the interview to understand the influential factors.After data statistics and analysis,we draws the following conclusions:1.The overall condition of “Min KaoHan” minority college students' academic development adaptability does not go well.2.The academic development adaptability difference among minority students is affected by the learning attitude,the model of teaching and Chinese learning.3.The influential factors of “Min Kan Han” minority college students' academic development adaptability are mainly learning environment,way of thinking,interpersonal relationship,Chinese level,primary and secondary school educational foundation,learning methods,Besides,family economy,the test form should also be taken into consideration.4.According to the investigation result and influential factors,This paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of academic development adaptability.Basis on the principle of respect different national cultural and student-centered,improve the quality of basic education gradually,improve the preparatory education management;schools should actively build a harmonious campus culture,create a harmonious class atmosphere;teachers should explore the teaching methods,formulate reasonable requirements;students should be treat "other culture" rationally and seek adaptive method actively.
