Employment Has a Vital Bearing on the People's Livelihood,China's employment concept and practice continue to deepen and develop into the 21 st century,especially since the 18 th NCCPC,China is to continue to put employment as the most important task at this stage.Manufacturing as an important supporting industry for the development of the national economy,the improvement of the quality of employment of its employees is of great significance to the healthy and orderly development of the economy and society.A large number of migrant workers constitute the main body of the manufacturing enterprises,therefore,to strengthen the employment of migrant workers in the quality of employment research,in-depth understanding of the manufacturing industry migrant workers quality of employment status,problems and influencing factors are necessary.This study focus on specific groups of specific industries,and the conclusions of the study through empirical research are more targeted to the public sector to carry out employment services and to develop more effective employment service policies,for employers to create a better employment environment to improve the quality of employment of its employees,to enhance their own brand of employers have important significance and value.This paper first systematically reviews and summarizes relevant literature and classical theories about the quality of employment at home and abroad,mainly from the connotation of employment quality,the structure and measurement of employment quality,the factors that affect the quality of employment and the problems of migrants abroad,problems about migrant workers in China and other aspects.Then,based on theoretical achievements of ILO,this paper defines the connotation of the quality of employment in this study and constructs the measurement index system of employment quality,the system includes six dimensions of "pay and benefits and social security","nature and characteristics of work","working environment","labor relations","career development" and "government employment service".On this basis,the questionnaire on the employment quality of migrant workers was designed,and 278 valid questionnaires were collected and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were passed.The fourth chapter is the empirical research part of this paper.Through the statistics of the first two parts of the questionnaire,the status quality of the employment quality of migrant workers in Shanghai manufacturing industry is described,including both demographic characteristics and other circumstances,and the manufacturing industry migrant workers on the quality of employment reflects,such as working hours,leisure time,enjoy the benefits of work,to participate in trade unions and so on.Then,the method of factor analysis is used to deal with the scale data.According to the requirement that the eigenvalue is more than 1,seven common factors are extracted,they are F1: work characteristic factor;F2: working environment and safety factor;F3: wage income factor;F4: welfare protection factor;F5: labor relations factor;F5: labor relations factor;F5: labor relations factor;F5: labor relations factor;F6: management and internal relations factor;F7: government employment services and protection factors,The cumulative variance contribution of the seven common factors is 79.19%.In order to analyze the influence degree of each announcement factor on the quality of employment,this paper constructs a multiple linear regression model,In this paper,the above seven public factors as the explanatory variables and the dependent variable that the survey of the overall quality of their employment evaluation of the overall regression analysis,according to the regression results,it is found that the linear regression model constructed in this paper has better goodness of fit,furthermore,the significance of the other six common factors as explanatory variables and explanatory variables is very high,except for the "F4: welfare factor","F4: welfare factor" is not so significant.Based on the above empirical results,a linear regression model of was constructed,the factors affecting the quality of employment of migrant workers are the largest,followed by “the working environment and safety factors ”and “management and internal relations factors”.The last three are government employment services and protection,labor relations,income factors,Based on the above conclusions,this paper gives policy recommendations from corporate and government sectors in the last chapter.
