In recent years, college enrollment policy has palyed a large-scale effection, per capita the level of education significantly improved, a new level of truly integrated popularization of higher education qualifications on. After the "quantity" improve "quality" will be imminent, in recent years, "Improving the quality of employment" has served as an important work of the government to be treated, with the social concerns of the gradual increase in the quality of employment, research on the quality of employment is increasingly rich, for different research groups are also derived from a variety of directions, especially the study on university graduates. The quality of most college students shoulder the historic mission of national rejuvenation, the employment of this group is not only related to personal development, but also to the future of the country, but for now, still lacks a quality university graduates comprehensive evaluation system, the existing evaluation system mostly from universities or regional perspective, is relatively simple, the lack of representation in the index weight calculation on, but also more subjective determined by individual researchers, the lack of objectivity in this context the author conducted the study.In this study, a lot of reading on the basis of previous research results, combined with the Delphi method, discussed the evaluation of university graduates selected quality indicators. AHP measure the index weight, develop employment quality evaluation system of university graduates and prepare employment quality score sheet. Written questionnaire of the employment quality, quality of Hebei university graduates to conduct research in recent years according to the index system, the province in recent years come to the status quo and problems of college graduates in employment through data analysis, and finally by graduates investigate individual cases, the use of single-factor analysis of variance, multivariate regression analysis of factors affecting the quality of employment for individuals to do regression analysis, personal qualities which affect the quality of university graduates, and gives students a personal point of view and from the perspective of university suggestions in order to improve the quality of employment students achieve.Students in Hebei Province of employment quality empirical research conclusions are as follows: the quality of employment(1) university graduates Hebei overall showed an upward trend after the first drop;(2) the presence of university graduates lower remuneration, work longer hours, learning and training quality assurance and difficult issues such as career development is not clear;(3)the quality of the content will employment level of professional skills of college students, social practice activities and professional cognitive aspects have a significant positive impact.According to the conclusion, this study suggests that college students should be an objective analysis of the employment situation, enhance self-confidence, dare to compete; while strengthening professional learning, improve their professional skills level; through participation in social practice, improve their work experience, exercise combat capability; exploration of self and professional world, rational planning effective implementation. The terms should be market-oriented universities, deepen the reform of education, personnel training and market demand to achieve convergence and seeks full, professional and full of career planning education to help students develop career planning, effective support and supervision.
