The study of disable children’s learning in regular class in China is a kind of special education form,which is based on the concept of Inclusive Education in china.In the past 30 years,under the support of government policies,China’s inclusive education has made rapid progress: the transformation of social values,enhance understanding,promote inclusive education and general education integration,making China the enrollment rate of school-age children with disabilities is greatly improved.Even so,our country with the class work is still in the exploration stage,with the class teaching quality and the level of work and domestic general education there is still a great distance,compared to special education in developed countries,a greater gap.As China’s economically developed areas,Shanghai’s mainstreaming work relative to other provinces and cities have made breakthrough progress and achievements,but in the design and implementation of the policy is still inevitably has some problems such as: inclusive education ideas are still missing,the policy is not perfect,the policy system is not perfect and serious waste of resources.Improve government policy is to improve the level of work in the class of the favorable protection.In order to solve these problems,this paper summarizes the research and analysis of relevant policy documents,Shanghai city with the class work,and proposes some feasible suggestions to solve these problems.Inclusive education from positive perspective to construct the mainstreaming policy,pay attention to policy implementation,construction and perfect system guarantee mechanism to optimize the allocation of resources,in order to promote and improve the inclusive education policy,promoting the development of inclusive education and special education,in order to achieve the goal of inclusive education work.
