Design And Implementation Of A Professional Titles Evaluation System For Teachers In The Education E-government

With the continuous development of computer information technology,information networks are widely popularized,informatization has become a prominent feature of the global economic and social development.As an important application of global informationization,E-government plays an increasingly significant role in improving administrative efficiency and facilitating mass work and life.Education System E-government is an important part of e-government and education informationization.It has always been highly valued by the national education department.Among them,the declaration and management of teachers' professional titles is an important link in the education administration and it is related to nearly 10 million teachers in primary and secondary schools throughout the country.Due to the low popularity of computer technology in teachers and the insufficient degree of informationization,a large number of teachers are confronted with the problems of irregular materials and incorrect format when reporting on their titles.At the same time,administrators in education departments are eager to improve the informatization level of education administration.In the face of the lack of information in the process of declaring and applying teachers' professional titles,we design and implement an information system based on the web service for the declaration and management of educational e-government platforms.The main purposes of the system are: to ensure that teachers can conveniently fill in the online application information of professional titles,to solve the problems such as the non-standardization of personal information,the incorrect logical relationship between application conditions and the confusion of report forms.The staff members can efficiently summarize the application materials and submit them to the competent department efficientlt,and to solve the data security in the process of reviewing and submitting the summary data.In view of the above problems,we firstly systematically expound the background and present situation of the professional title declaration,introduce the related technologies to realize the professional title declaration system of the education system,analyze the needs of various problems encountered during the application of the professional title of teachers,The diagram and data flow diagram model the system's data and processes.Secondly,this article gives the system application architecture design,developed a corresponding solution.We regard.NET Framework as the basic framework,based on NPOI and i Text Sharp document automatic generation technology,design and realize the education system job title declaration system.At the same time,we use SQLite database for data storage for the data summary and reporting.We has carried on the full module test and the integration test to this system.The test results demonstrate that our system can help users edit the entries efficiently and regularly,and at the same time can improve the efficiency of the education management department in compiling the materials.This system provides a powerful guarantee for the smooth progress of the entire job evaluation process and meets the predetermined design goals.
