| Study used literature method,questionnaire method,interview method respectively from the kindergarteng device,teacher team construction,curriculum,life and health care,home cooperation six dimensions from two cities in jiangxi province nearly 500 parents of 12 kindergarten pre-school education quality requirements in terms of research.Research findings are as follows:(1)parents demand for quality pre-school education degree is higher,the overall mean value of 4.516(out of 5).(2)the six dimensions,demand is the highest degree in early childhood development program,followed by wang team construction project.(3)the influence on the child’s parents need preschool education quality factors include age,level of education of parents,children’s grade,farm size,household monthly income.(4)in addition to the home cooperation project has been basically meet the needs of children’s parents,courses,garden shed equipment,life and health,wang team construction,and early childhood development programs are far not meet the demand of children’s parents.Requirement on pre-school education in jiangxi province the problems existing in the quality requirements:(1)from a lack of sexual needs to children’s self-realization demand trend;(2)the quality of procedural requirements below the structural quality and outcome quality requirements;(3)the marketization of preschool education cause pre-school education quality is equivalent to \ "parents satisfaction\" phenomenon.For parents pre-school education in jiangxi province the problems existing in the quality requirements,to improve the quality of kindergarten preschool education,for the purpose of the research from three aspects put forward the following Suggestions.(1)the government: diversified expansion of pre-school education resources;Set up and improve the national unity;Standard of preschool teachers’ welfare mechanism;Perfect a kindergarten education quality evaluation system(2): hiring a teacher with preschool education background,encouraging on-the-job training or study;The kindergarten curriculum setting up reasonable;Kindergarten both "hardware" and "software" development,strengthen its infrastructure construction and garden construction;Kindergarten to take the initiative to establish a good relationship with parents;Rational view on the child’s parentsdiversified pre-school education quality requirements(3)parents: enrich pre-school education related theory and the knowledge of the children’s physical and mental development,and set up the correct views on children was associated Good at using the opportunity to communicate with preschool teachers;Renewal education idea,pay attention to courses,home cooperation,process quality of life and health care and so on. |
