According to the spirit of the “National medium and long-term educational reform and development program(2010-2020)”,the office of the leadership group of the national educational system reform put forward the opinion of "further implementing and expanding the autonomy of colleges and universities to improve the internal governance structure of universities".The opinion points out that colleges and universities should make great efforts to improve the internal governance structure,ensure the independent exercise of authority by academic organizations,improve the mechanism of democratic management and supervision within the school,and improve the supervision mechanism of social participation.As an academic administrative organization within the University,the Department of academic has undergone great changes with the change of the management system of higher schools and the expansion of the scale of higher education,carrying more and more personnel training,scientific research and social service.Its organizational structure needs to be reformed urgently,and the function operation needs to be adjusted.The center of management moves down and Materialization of departments.In order to run a university well,first of all,we must run the Department well.Only when the faculties have been effectively developed can the schools achieve real progress.Therefore,Faculty Governance is the center of modern university governance,and the optimization of faculty governance structure is a necessary way to achieve effective reform.The promotion of the popularization of higher education is particularly important for the reform of the college system.In the course of the operation of colleges and universities in our country,although universities have expanded their autonomy as far as possible,there are still many problems,such as unidentified power and responsibility,power conflict,low efficiency,lack of vitality,etc.These problems seriously impede the development of the Department and make it impossible for the university to realize true and substantive reform.This shows that the first step in the reform of departments is to optimize the organizational structure of institutions and achieve efficient management performance with optimized structure.The faculty is an academic organization that taking academic as the main body,political rights as the core,administrative power as the focus and supervision power as the guarantee.This article uses a multidisciplinary view,combed the theoretical basis of the organizational structure of the Department,designs the framework of the ecological organization structure of the Department,at the same time,uses the view of ecology and empirical research.This paper analyzes the ecological dilemma in the four faculties from the following aspects: political organization,administrative organization,academic organization and student organization.Combined with the relevant laws and principles of ecology,combined with the actual situation of colleges,we put forward corresponding strategies for optimizing the organizational structure of colleges.Finally,based on the case of C College of chemistry and environmental engineering,the three-dimensional matrix structure is constructed by using the related theories of ecology,and the organizational structure of the college is optimized and perfected.The thesis is divided into five parts in structure: the first chapter is the introduction chapter,which introduces the background,significance,research status and research methods,and the related concepts are combed and defined.The second chapter is the theoretical basis which include the governance theory and the governance structure of college.Through the description and analysis of the basic views of the two theories,a simple design and assumption of the ecological organization structure of the Department is carried out.The design provides the direction for the study of the ecological organization structure of the College.The third chapter is the analysis section of the dilemma which uses the questionnaire survey and the depth interview,takes the ecological theory as the basic analysis tool,takes the power allocation and operation mechanism as the basic clue to analyze the power interaction mechanism and the ecological dilemma in the college of our country.The fourth is the chapter of the strategy and method.According to the ecological dilemma in the organizational structure of the Department and the related principles of ecology,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to optimize the organizational structure of the college at the present.The fifth is the chapter of the reform concept.According to the background,the characteristics,the situation of the teachers and the actual problems and combining the theory of ecology,the paper puts forward the construction of three-dimensional matrix structure in order to realize the dynamic balance and multiple development.The last part of the conclusion is mainly to reorganize the whole text,draw a conclusion,and point out the deficiency of the article and the improvement of the next stage and the research emphasis.
