Study On The Organization Structure And Operation Mechanism Of Fujian Volleyball Association

The establishment of the Volleyball Association in Fujian province is an important link to promote the implementation of the national fitness program and promote the healthy development of social sports in Fujian.In recent years.the volleyball and Gas Volleyball events in Fujian have developed vigorously.In order to further meet the needs of the crowd of volleyball,the volleyball clubs have been set up one after another.The study on Fujian province Volleyball Association(Volleyball Association and Gas Volleyball Association)as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case investigation method and mathematical statistics method,the basic situation,to the Fujian province volleyball association organization structure and operation mechanism and other aspects of the investigation and analysis Fujian Province,reveals the volleyball community organization structure and operational mechanism,and put forward suggestions on the problems found in the study,to provide a theoretical reference for the development of Fujian province and the other province Volleyball Association volleyball community better.The results of the study show that:1.The Volleyball Association of Fujian province is divided into Volleyball Association and Gas Volleyball Association,the time of establishment is more concentrated,regional distribution is balanced,and the sports type is mainly gas volleyball.2.The relationshipbetween the organization and organization of the Volleyball Association of Fujian pro vince is clear,and the organization of the Volleyball Association is relatively perfect.3.Fujian Volleyball Association is based on part-time staff,and a few clubs are equipped with full-time staff.36.4%of the volleyball clubs do not have a fixed office space,and the main activities of the community are mainly leasehold facilities.The sources of funds are rich,the Volleyball Association is mainly based on government appropriation and social donation,and the Gas Volleyball Association is mainly based on social donation.4.The management and supervision mechanism of Volleyball Association needs to be improved.The management mechanism of some organizations is lack of democratization,and the supervision mechanism is lack of social and internal supervision mechanism.5.There are internal and external disconnection phenomena in the information liaison mechanism.79%of the volleyball associations have their own liaison officers,who are mainly contacted with the internal information within the association,and are relatively less contacted with the outside government administrative departments.The means of information liaison are rich,and the network approach is the main means of information communication mechanism.6.The internal driving mechanism of volleyball associations in Fujian is mainly mental power,but lacks practical material motivation.The external motivation mechanism lacks the government’s incentive policy,recognition system and financial resources protection.7.The development and utilization of Fujian Volleyball Association’s human resources is better,but there is a lack of development and utilization of material resources and financial resources.The development and utilization mechanism of sports resources gradually presents the popularity of participation groups and the form of event organization.
