| The aging of the population is the phenomenon that the proportion of the elderly population caused by the prolonged life expectancy and the decrease of birth rate is too large.Since the mid twentieth Century,it has gradually become a worldwide problem,which has a series of effects on the development of social economy.According to the fifth national census,the main data bulletin shows that China's population aging began in 2000,and the aging problem is increasing year by year.China has become the country with the largest population of aging population,and it is also one of the countries with the fastest growth rate of the aged population.At present,Shandong province has become the first province of the elderly population,the aging population has entered the stage of accelerated development,according to the Shandong provincial office on aging population forecast,to 2035 the proportion of the aging population will reach 35%,the severe population aging situation need to increase its attention.In order to maintain social stability and economic development,we need to take measures to deal with the increasingly serious population aging problem,in which the health problems of the elderly population need to be paid enough attention.The elderly population has a high prevalence rate and poor health,which leads to high medical costs.Our country provides basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents,but relying on basic medical insurance only under the background of the increasingly serious population aging problem,it is difficult to meet the higher level of urban and rural residents' insurance demand.As an important part of health service industry,commercial health insurance can provide a good supplement to the health and insurance needs of urban and rural residents,playing an important role in the context of China's aging population.As a result,the aging of the population is both an opportunity and a challenge for the development of the commercial health insurance industry.The paper based on the background of aging population,combined with the specific situation of Shandong Province,analyze the fact characteristics of population aging in Shandong province and the development of commercial health insurance,discuss the influencing factors of population aging in Shandong Province under the background of the development of commercial health insurance from the demographic factors,social factors and economic factors.Then,based on the data in recent 13 years in Shandong Province,we constructed a classical regression model about the relationship between population aging and business health insurance,and drew a conclusion based on cointegration test and stable test.Finally,in view of the specific situation of population aging in Shandong province and combining the research results,the development proposals of commercial health insurance are given from the government and the company level.This paper holds that the problem of population aging in Shandong is severe.It shows the characteristics of "not getting rich before the old age".The overall business health insurance income has a significant upward trend,but the growth rate fluctuates.The classical regression model through empirical analysis shows that Shandong province elderly dependency ratio and health insurance income of the two variables are statistically correlated,the aging will affect the residents of health insurance demand,when the elderly dependency ratio of 1 percentage point change,will make health insurance income to change the same 7.5712%.In Shandong Province,the impact of population aging on the demand for health insurance business,the government can take to promote economic development,such as strengthening the commercial health insurance purchase consciousness,rich commercial health insurance business entities and other measures,the insurance company can take to improve the commercial health insurance products,insurance system to explore integration mode,improve the professional level and other ways to promote the commercial health insurance development,to achieve the challenge of population aging transformation to promote the development of commercial health insurance. |
