Since the reform and opening up,my country’s economy has achieved rapid development, and the people’s concept of fertility has also changed, resulting in huge changes in the population structure.Chinese society has entered a stage of development with a "low birth rate and low mortality rate",and problems such as serious aging and a sharp decline in the number of children and children have begun to emerge.Although China has liberalized the two-child policy and the number of children has increased, the current family structure in my country has tended to be miniaturized, and the problem of declining birthrates is still very prominent. In 2019,the gender ratio of the national total population was 104.64(with women as 100).Although the gender ratio of the total population has been low for many years, the gender ratio is still in a serious state of imbalance; The development of social economy, the promotion of national cultural literacy and the improvement of people’s insurance awareness have a great degree of influence. At the same time,my country’s health insurance market is also showing rapid development. The scale of health insurance premiums is already among the best in the world. However, the health insurance industry has a late start and immature development, and the density and depth of health insurance are still at a backward level.Judging from the existing research, there is no literature that studies the impact of the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy on the demand for health insurance, and the research on the impact of the demand for health insurance in my country is still incomplete, and the literature on health insurance from the perspective of population structure Very little. Therefore, this article first studies its impact on the demand for health insurance from the perspective of multiple demographic structures, and compares the differences in the impact of demographic factors among different regions.Second,by setting dummy variables, analyze and discuss the impact of the implementation of the "comprehensive two-child" policy on the demand for health insurance. The research in this article fills up the gaps in the research on health insurance, and has strong theoretical and practical significance for the development of health insurance. This article analyzes the current demographic structure of our country and the development of health insurance, and introduces the impact mechanism of health insurance demand from multiple perspectives of the demographic structure.Through testing and comparative analysis, the system GMM estimation model is finally used to analyze the demographic structure. The degree of influence of multiple factors on the demand for health insurance.Through research,it is found that the lagging level of commercial health insurance demand, urbanization rate, average household size,old-age dependency ratio, education depth, and geographical structure of the population have significantly promoted the increase in the demand for commercial health insurance in my country;child dependency ratio is important for commercial health Insurance demand has a negative impact;a comparative analysis of the degree of influence between the east and the central and western regions found that multiple factors of the demographic structure have significantly different effects on the demand for commercial health insurance in different regions. The implementation of the “comprehensive two-child” policy has not only increased the birth rate, but also promoted the growth of demand for health insurance. Therefore,Insurance companies should innovate insurance products to meet market demand;improve service levels to protect the interests of consumers. The government must do a good job of macro-control to narrow the development gap between regions;speed up urbanization, vigorously develop industries, and increase residents’ income;increase education investment and improve national insurance awareness;promote insurance knowledge to residents and guide residents to rational insurance consumption strengthen the construction of the social security system and improve social security levels.Insurance regulatory agencies should pay close attention to the development of health insurance and intervene in a timely manner;implement regulatory policies in different regions to encourage the development of insurance companies;severely crack down on irregular behaviors and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers to promote the development of my country’s health insurance industry.
