The Practical Exploration Of Group Work Involved In The Parent-Child Relationship Of "Rural Transition" Family

Parent-child relationship is the first kind of interpersonal relationship that people experience.The healthy development of parent-child relationship plays an important role in the family.Good parent-child relationships play an important role in the physical and mental health of children and have a positive impact on the harmonious development of society.At present,families in S community still have some common problems in parent-child relations: parents are busy at work,Neglect of children,alienation of parent-child relationships,common parent-child rearing,parents’ low attention to their children,low level of parental education,There is irrationality in the way of children’s upbringing,etc.It is necessary to use the idea and method of social work to help the children to solve the problems existing in the study of parent-child relationship in the family of "farming and living".At present,there are few studies on the parent-child relationship in the family with the method of social work.Most of the researches on parent-child relationship are focused on different vulnerable groups in urban and rural areas.Therefore,this paper mainly takes the group work method as the core,takes the social learning theory and the family system theory as the theoretical basis,unifies the theory with the practice.Link and integrate all kinds of resources in the community,according to the basic situation of the S community,make the corresponding activities planning corresponding to their needs.First of all,this research takes the S community of Anning District of Lanzhou as the practice place,taking the qualitative research as the main research method,collects the data through the literature review,the case interview and so on,and investigates the problems existing in the parent-child relationship in the community.To understand the parents’ need to establish a good parent-child relationship;secondly,to sort out and analyze the contents of the survey,and to formulate the corresponding group service program based on the findings;finally,to evaluate the group activities,and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages in the activities.Some suggestions were put forward to improve the relationship between parents and children.
