From the end of80’s, there were a lot of workers born in rural area being input to the cities. And, in90’s, the total amount of this labor group reached to the climax. With the development of urbanization, and the expansion of cities, the demand of cheap labor has been increasing. According to the data, the civil unsettled people have reached to200millions. Therefore, in the marginal sections of cities, more and more unsettled families come out like it will never be the end. However, the heavy pressure brought by economy, jobs, and environment in cities make them nearly ran out. Faced up to these challenges, they have to pay more attention to the dilemma unless their families.For they never receive the high education, they have to put the care of their children in the second place, which make the relationship between the parents and children more upset day by day. The inappropriate behaviors terrify the unsettled families. So, that’s the reason why the author picks up the relationships between the children and parents to investigate.After the early investigation in community, the author have made adequate preparation and reference for the study, figuring out that the awareness about the parents-child relationships of parents, the organization in families’ structure, the economy situation, and parents and children’s specific psychological characters are the main elements leading to the bad kids-parents-relationship. Therefore, during the period of7weeks intervention service, the author devoted to rebuilding the elements above. The outcomes are as follows:First, the service is definitely effective in upgrading the skills of communication between parents and kids; Secondly, when it comes to the traditional awareness and organization of families, the service almost is ineffective. Considering the results, the author suggests that, in a short time, serving for the migrant families in their parents-child relationships should put the teaching skills at the first line.
