Background :Children and adolescents are the crucial period for the growth and development of the human body.At the same time,children and adolescents serve as reserve forces for the future development of the country.Therefore,there are still inconvenient issues of physical fitness of Chinese children and adolescents.So developing more scientific intervention programs which is the most important theme in sport science area researchers should become more attractive for researches.Objects :Developing a intervention program and text its utility,and then provide more valuable evidences for Chinese children and adolescents physical fitness researches.Methods :Through systematic reviews and expert interviews,the intervention program was prepared,and then 537 students from the fourth and fifth grade primary schools in Zibo City,Shandong Province were recruited as the subjects of study.They were randomly set up as control groups and experimental groups.The exercise intervention program and the control scheme were used for 8 weeks in the control group and the experimental group respectively.Physical fitness tests were performed on all the subjects before and after the intervention.Results :The intervention program compiled in this study has 24 courses,40 minutes / section,and 3 sections / week,including games such as throwing and passing,and has been demonstrated by experts to be well scientific and feasible.After the intervention process was completed,it was found that the experimental group was in lung capacity[ OR = 22.49(11.43 ~ 44.26,95 % CI)],1 minute jump rope[ OR = 1.93(1.08 to 3.48,95 % CI)] and the general constitution rating level[ OR = 1.72(1.01 to 2.94,95 % CI)].There is a greater possibility of being better than the control group in terms of other indicators,but it is not as good as the control group in the 50-meter running rating.[ OR = 0.48(0.27 to 0.86,95 % CI)];Female students in lung capacity[ OR = 7.01(3.72 to 13.24,95 % CI)] and the general constitution rating level[ OR = 1.78(1.04 to 3.05,95 % CI)].There is a greater chance of being better than boys in terms of indicators,but it is not as good as boys in the 1 minute sit-up rating[OR=0.54(0.31~0.95,95%CI)].In the fifth-grade student group,the experimental group was in lung capacity[ OR = 10.23(6.25 ~ 16.73,95 % CI)].The indicator is more likely to be better than the control group,but the rating at 50 meters[ OR = 0.40(0.25 to 0.64,95 % CI)] And 50 × 8 reentry rating[ OR = 0.25(0.16 ~ 0.39,95 % CI)] The upper group was not as good as the control group;Female students in lung capacity[ OR = 3.49(2.17 ~ 5.16,95 % CI)] And the general constitution rating level[ OR = 1.57(1.02 to 2.39,95 % CI)] There is a greater chance of being better than boys on other indicators.Conclusion : The exercise intervention program developed in this study has good science and feasibility,which can be further popularized in other parts of China.Mostly in the middle and lower reaches of the elementary school higher grades students' body quality level,so in the future should be further developed in the study can promote the development of students' physical quality targeted exercise intervention programs;Intervention plan the movement part of the body function,the elementary school higher grades students physical quality indexes and constitution overall level has a certain role in promoting,and application in the girls group is better than boys,Suggestions in future study of exercise is to meticulous personalized fine tuning,to better promote the development of students physical health purposes.
