Objective:To investigate high school teachers’level of physical activity and health status, and analysis the correlation of them. Participants were asked to complete an eight mouth intervention, then, analyzed the impact of the physical activity level and the parameters related to the fitness.Methods:The baseline survey on30-59year old high school teacher was conducted by using the international physical activity questionnaire, SF-36scale and test. After the8month of intervention, Compare the result of two investigations, analysis of the effect of comprehensive intervention on physical activity level and the parameters related to the fitness, and discuss the main reason on it.Results:1. Investigation on physical activity of high school teachers’ cognition accuracy rate of3questions were11.1%,20.6%,18.4%; it’s about54%subjects who love to participate in activity; there is a correlation between high school teachers’ age and physical activity level (p<0.05)。2. Men’s health condition of every dimension score include General Health、Vitality、Social Function、Role Emotional and the total score of SF-36are significantly higher than female; The man who has in different age has different health condition; The man who has in different physical activity level has different health condition.3. Compared with the baseline, in the late intervention, total physical activity and moderate physical activity were significantly increased (P <0.05), the total sedentary time was significantly reduced (P<0.05), male heavy physical activity the total proportion increased significantly, the female heavy physical activity and reduce the total percentage (P<0.05); Each dimension of health in different gender (except the Bodily Pain, Role Emotional and Mental Health) have increased significantly (P<0.05); high school teachers in different age group vitality dimensions are significantly improved (P<0.05).4. Compared with the baseline, subjects’body posture, relative maximum oxygen uptake, maximal oxygen uptake, movement duration, body-anteflexion and the bone density of T score of the male was significantly increased (P<0.05); BMI, body fat percentage, resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure values were significantly decreased (P<0.05), there was statistical significance.Conclusion:1.High school teachers participated in physical activity has a positive attitude, but lack of the knowledge of physical activity.2. The man who has in different physical activity level has different health condition,(except Physical Function).3. In the late intervention, the total physical activity of high school teachers’ different gender and age are significantly improved, the male heavy physical activity and were increased, women walking and moderate physical activity were significantly increased.
