Disciplinary Education:One Corner Of The Education In Rural Primary And Secondary Schools

Disciplinary education is a sensitive topic in education field.For many years,experts,scholars,teachers,parents and other people from all walks of life have been focusing on it.Recently,in our country,there are a lot of negative news about disciplinary education in schools,and some teachers are discussed by the public.As a result,many schools try to avoid touching and talking about disciplinary education.However,because of the lack of the disciplinary education,some students who are psychological vulnerable,and radical in behavior come to highlight.They are complacent,unwilling to listen to any word of "no",and can not stand any setback and blow.The gradual loss of disciplinary education has seriously affected the quality of school education.The purpose of this study is to find out the current situation of disciplinary education,analyze the cause of the gradual loss of disciplinary education in the rural primary and secondary schools,and the effect of the loss to the quality of the education administration in primary and secondary schools.Therefore we can get a confirmation that disciplinary education is the insurance of the quality of school education.In this paper,It first expounds the research origin,research significance,research methods,summarizes the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad in terms of disciplinary education,puts forward the innovation of the paper.Then through consulting a large number of relevant materials,it introduces the concept of disciplinary punishment,disciplinary education,and disciplinary education in primary and secondary schools.It takes Chenzhou area as an investigation place,and students in rural primary and secondary schools in this area as investigation object.It designed the questionnaire and investigated the current situation of the disciplinary education,the reason of the gradual loss of disciplinary education,and the influence of the disciplinary education to quality education administration.Through research,we found that the implement of the disciplinary education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas in China is gradually disappearing.Its reason is various.The gradual loss of disciplinary education has a great negative impact on the quality of education administration in primary and secondary schools in rural areas.Complete education requires discipline,we must make it return to school education.
