Disciplinary education has always been an argued and controversial issue in the practice of elementary school education. In recent years, cases keep increasing resulting in some instructors' exceed punishment to their elementary students, and some of these cases are because of the ignorance of instructors. However, as some says to some extent education needs some disciplinary or else it would not be complete. The rational and reasonable disciplinary education benefits a lot such as the discipline of schools, the bad behaviors and mental health of pupils and accelerating the socialization of elementary students so on. While the power of disciplinary must be controlled in a appropriate degree so that it would does benefits to ranges like in guarantee the operation of education activities and the achievement of education objects. Meanwhile it also can assist the students to raised in a healthy and guarded environment. Based on the confusion of the reality, with the assistance of the broaden vision in the research of the theory and practice for the development of the disciplinary education, the article is written to help to get the further step in education theory, which I truly hope so.In the paper, the connotation and denotation of disciplinary education are specified in advance to ensure the inequality between punishment and deliberate injure, and show the indifference of education respect and appropriate punishment as well. In addition, the paper gives the multi- angled proves in the fields of the necessity, rationality and legitimacy in the progress of elementary education. Besides it makes efforts in the details and system designs of the construction in the legitimacy system of disciplinary education in the elementary schools.Moderated and reasonable disciplinary education, the legitimacy rights of students and legal administrations of schools are well supported in the paper. The first part: state the relevant conception and necessity of the disciplinary education. Part two: the case study of the disciplinary education in elementary schools. By the record and analysis of the case, I will induct the problems of the disciplinary education in the stage of elementary schools. Part three: the analysis of the causes of the elementary disciplinary education. Part four: state several suggestions to perfect the elementary disciplinary education and specific strategies of those problems among all the issues.
