| Teachers’ curriculum adjustment is derived from the adjustment of curriculum implementation and teachers’ curriculum power,and it is the effective combination of new curriculum idea and curriculum practice.With the deepening of curriculum research and teachers’ curriculum power,teachers’ curriculum adjustment has also emerged.Teachers’ curriculum adjustment is the self-adjustment and change of all the elements of the curriculum in the course of the curriculum implementation,according to the new curriculum concept,the school situation,the students’ reality and so on.Teachers’ curriculum adjustment is conducive to enhancing curriculum adaptability,improving teachers’ curriculum ability and promoting lifelong development of students.This study collects and collects relevant literature,clarifies the related issues of teachers’ curriculum power,and then uses the method of case study to analyze and study the status of teachers’ curriculum adjustment by means of interview,observation and document analysis in the process of deep teaching field.According to the results of field research,it is found that the basic patterns of teachers’ curriculum adjustment include the adjustment of curriculum objectives based on literacy,the adjustment of easy understanding of curriculum content,the adjustment of diversified curriculum resources,and the implementation of targeted curriculum evaluation adjustment.At the same time,teachers’ curriculum adjustment also has the following problems:Teachers’ lack of understanding of curriculum theory causes blind adjustment;teachers lack of generative thinking cause mechanical adjustment;the factors affecting teachers’ curriculum adjustment have caused limited adjustment;teachers’ wrong adjustment behavior causes invalid adjustment.According to the attribution analysis of the current situation and the problems produced,it is found that the internal factors include: Teachers’ lack of awareness of curriculum adjustment,teachers’ dependence on experience and textbooks,and the imbalance of curriculuminteraction between teachers and students.External factors include: the rigidity of curriculum management,the deviation of parents’ cognition and the constraint of exam thinking.Finally,through combing and summarizing,this paper puts forward the way to improve the curriculum adjustment of teachers from four aspects: first,teachers improve the confidence of the curriculum and promotes the identification of curriculum adjustment;second,teachers renew their curriculum ideas and improve the ability of curriculum adjustment;third,schools strengthen curriculum leadership,create the conditions of curriculum adjustment;fourth,several sources provide curriculum support to ensure the adjustment and operation of the curriculum. |
