With the development of education in China,teachers play an very important role in the curriculum reform,the teacher as the executive power of curriculum shouldering the responsibility,and look forward to using the empowerment given by the government of teachers in the teaching practice of the curriculum development,promotion and development of students has an influence or actual effect.The teacher is teaching,it was in implementation of curriculum reform emphasizes the goal of quality-oriented education is cultivating the all-round developing students”,relying on the teacher as an individual's strength is not enough.But teachers as a group without social status or authority also cannot achieve.Teachers without power of curriculum can hardly realize the innovation and development,no mention the of creation.Therefore,it is the key point of practice that it is necessary to give teacher curriculum power and to tell teacher how to use curriculum power to ensure the teacher's curriculum power is implemented.With the survey data in this area as the basis,combined with the theory on the study of teachers' curriculum power at domestic and abroad,put forward which according to the situation of our country teachers curriculum power protection suggestions based on practice investigation to promote our teacher empowerment systematic and effective.Only when the teachers give full play to the curriculum power,can we realize the maximum value of the curriculum efficiency,at the same time,we can realize the teacher's professional development,realize the development of the curriculum,and realize the all-round development of the students.In order to make the research more meaningful,it is not only based on the domestic and foreign theoretical research,but also the actual situation in the region.Survey on Teachers' curriculum power of decision-making,development,implementation and evaluation,self efficacy and satisfaction environment to support about the six aspects of analysis and discussion of the data,summarize the effective operation of the region to teachers' curriculum dilemma including teachers curriculum power cognition is not clear,the power of curriculum execution is weak,lack of power abuse,and curriculum support environment is not perfect etc.Finally,the author makes an analysis of the problems from four aspects of the country,the area,the school and the individual,then puts forward some effective suggestions to improve the protection of teacher's curriculum power in our country from the subjective and objective aspects.The advice took from the system,management,environment and other aspects to improve the objective conditions of the security about teachers' curriculum power.On the other hand,from the aspect of teachers' personal development and cognitive awareness transformation of subjective about powers of teachers' curriculum.No matter from which level,it boils down to the end is to achieve better use of teacher's curriculum power in practice,only with achieve real guarantee of teacher's curriculum power,teachers curriculum power of the concept to realize the importance of consciousness,teachers' participation incurriculum construction and creation in a natural way,teachers to participate in teaching evaluation point of communication,can to promote the real development of curriculum reform further and realize the education forward.
