Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Yinchuan International Marathon Competition Organization

Since the State Council promulgated the “Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption” in 2014,China's sports industry has ushered in a new round of rapid development.Taking advantage of the “13th Five-Year Plan” great opportunity for the development of the sports industry and using the “One Belt One Road” national top strategy as the background of the times,Yinchuan City held the “Silk Road” Ningxia Yinchuan International Marathon on May 29,2017.The core of the sporting events is the competition organization.The development of the competition organization work has a direct impact on the structure of the events and the quality of the events.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the competition organization.This article takes Yinchuan Marathon Competition as the research object,using literature,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis methods to investigate and analyze the work of the competition organization in each of the four periods.It is guided by problem awareness.Analyze the structure as the key point and sort out the causes of the problems in the work of the competition organization.After research and analysis,we reached the conclusion:1.The Yinchuan Marathon Organizing Committee adopted a functional organizational structure.Each department has clear responsibilities,but it lacks awareness of the event and has a low degree of cooperation.The efficiency with which the competition department works independently is high but the efficiency of collaborative cooperation is obviously poor.2.The number of participants in the Yinchuan Marathon has reached the competition's expectations.The majority of the participants are males aged 18 to 30.The majority of the participants are from the region's cities.The finishing rate is lower than that of the Beijing Marathon;the materials are fully equipped during the match.After the race materials recovered well.3.The Yinchuan Marathon track design is irrational.Over-emphasizing urban publicity and ignoring the rules and experience of the Chinese Athletics Association has resulted in poor player satisfaction,low athletic performance,increased personnel transfer pressure,and increased funding.4.The competition department has heavy tasks,relatively few personnel,lack of experience and professionalism in the management of the department,and lack of professional knowledge;the competition company does not attach importance to the competition training work;the referee team has a strong ability to implement but the work is affected by the university;The participants are more active in the competition but less familiar with the competition.5.The implementation of the management methods of the China Athletics Association was poor.The internal documents issued by the Organizing Committee were not detailed enough and the division of tasks was not clear.In emergencies,the emergency plan did not play its due role.6.The coordination between competition departments,universities,and traffic management departments is not in place,communication is not smooth,there is a situation of "respect of each other." The plans formulated by departments cannot be shared in real time;the campus education of the events is insufficient,and colleges and universities attach less importance to the competition.Training work is affected.
