In the context of media environment,the audience's viewing demand are increasingly diversified,New programs and ideas emerge in an endless stream,and programs are becoming more and more varied.With the further marketization of television,television producers put the major elements of TV programs Curing into a particular programming model,the television programming is also a television program marketization and industrialization process and result.This article mainly uses the literature data method and the case study method.The literature review part focuses on the literature materials of "program forms","program formats" and "medium product",and introduces the theory of industrial value chain and marketing.Then analyze TV program formats from the perspective of goods.The main part of the paper takes Racing Time as the research object,sorts out the trajectory of this program from the program form to the program model,The main part of the paper takes Racing Times as the research object,sorts out the change track of this program forms to formats,deeply penetrates into the operation principle of program production internal system,And form to the program model of internal and external motivation for change.The main part of the article divides the Racing Times into two parts: the program form period and the program formats period.They describe the "innovation and change" of Racing Times from the intrinsic elements of the program form and the combination of modes,to the mode of programming.Try and finally analyze the future development trend of Racing Times.Based on the research on the 14-years program reform of the Racing Times,the dissertation analyzes the evolution of the different stages of the program,thus revealing the general development of China's sports TV shows.The concluding part summarizes the theme part of the essay,the change of the program form to the program formats,which essentially reflects the development process of sports TV section from "arts" to "products",and reveals that under the new media environment of media convergence,Television programs conform to the market trend,the inevitable law of change and innovation.
