Council)(Hereinafter referred to as“opinions”),this document significantly promotes China's sports industry towards another whole new level.Countless companies want to take the chance share a slice of this“?5 trillion”huge cake,among which many of the internet business giants are involved.Due to lack of understanding of the market in the early stages of development,many enterprises did not develop suitable business models resulting in the failure of the business.While some other companies gradually found a suitable development track and stayed competitive in the fierce market.LE sports is an example.This study takes the ecology model of LE Sports industry chain as the research object,aiming at the current situation and features of China's Internet sports industry,following the industrial chain integration and aiming to explore the background of“Internet Plus”China's sports industry development model.This research not only has the theoretical significance to the optimization of China's sports industry chain,but also has practical significance for the rapid development of China's Internet sports industry.This research is based on the current situation of LE Sports industry chain integration,based on the theory of industrial chain integration,creating a higher customer value at the starting point.Using the literature review,practice study,and expert interview methods,the research analyzes and interprets the industrial chain integration motive,model,premise and path in the ecology model of LE Sports industry.In addition,combined with the overall development of China's Internet sports industry,the enlightenment of LE sports industry chain model to China's Internet sports industry development.Le Sports invest heavily on industry chain integration.Through horizontal integration,vertical integration and industrial integration,the integration of upstream,middle and downstream of the industrial chain is realized.The horizontal merger of Octopus TV,opened the event to watch service to interact with the anchor new situation of complementary services;Vertical integration,the title of Beijing Guoan Football Team and Beijing Wukesong arena,as well as the acquisition of Octopus lottery,Souda search and develop the game business operations,extend the industrial chain length,scale and the scope of business,promote the formation of the ecological model of the whole industry chain;Industry integration,through the establishment of Le sports brokerage company,integrating the Yidong GPS,Ski assistant APP,opened up a new industrial chain,to expand the scope of and clear business models Business model determines the enterprise level achieved in the market.A good business model is the lifeline of the enterprise.In the early stage of enterprise development,complete and clear business model is an important factor to help enterprises get external funding.3.Scientific team building Talent as an important part of corporate strategy largely determines the enterprise development ceiling.Especially the ecological pattern of the whole industry chain integration in different areas of need of professionals in the industry.The demand for talent will become high.4.Rationalization of the development rate Enterprise management needs to be down-to-earth.Any enterprise should consider the existence of problems.Reasonable planning costs and profits is very important for the enterprise long-term operation.And Le sports should also pay attention to the exposed problems of rapid development.If Le sports can not solve the shortage of funds
