A Study On The Technical Levels Evaluation Standard For Amateur Badminton Players

Taking the amateur badminton technical levels evaluation standard as the object,this research has chosen some random 16-35 years old badminton amateurs in Beijing as study population.It has applied questionnaire,measurement,mathematical statistics and literature review methods,to study several questions such as index system,level rating and result verification.The research provides amateur badminton technical levels evaluation standard,provides self-rated reference methods for amateur badminton players,offers reference opinions for the comprehensive technical evaluation system of badminton,and adds new evaluation contents for national fitness activities.For the study of the index system,combining the collection of evaluation indicators,preliminary screening and expert optimization methods,the study has chosen 5-times Shuttle Run + 5-times Left-and-right Baseline Touch,Forehand Net Low Serve,Forehand High Clear Serve,Forehand Net Shot,Forehand Net Lift,Backhand Forecourt Crosscourt Flight and Forehand Backcourt Smash as seven core indicators.These indicators cover the basic physical and skill requirement for badminton playing.On this basis,the study has applied feature analysis and project testing on the selected indicators to construct the index system for levels evaluation.For the evaluation of technical rating,the study has collected both women's and men's data to complete the evaluation standard.Combining the results of questionnaire surveys and reference the sports scores system,the research has divided the technical levels into five different levels: elementary,lower-intermediate,intermediate,upper-intermediate,and advanced.For the study of application of evaluation standard,an empirical test has been applied.Firstly,the experts were asked to rate the testers' experience level(12 men and 8 women testers),then,all the testers were tested for each indicator.The test results were weighted and calculated according to different indicator weights to obtain the final test score.The two experiment results are basically reasonable by checking with sign test and Wicoxon test.The main contents of amateur badminton technical levels evaluation standard have involved the index system building,technical level assessment and effect test.The index data system and methods formed in the research have certain theoretical and practical value.Due to the limitation of conditions and objective factors,the research population selection is limited,and the measurement data obtained is not sufficient,thus might lead to limitation of the research results.The indicator system and technical levels standard are dynamic and can be continuously enriched and improved according to changes in the situation.
