also planning,college football has not yet entered the "national youth campus football" sequence.Colleges and universities are used as campus football.The most advanced stage and the most vigorous stage of development have greater advantages in terms of football teaching,training and competition,development of football culture,venue equipment,and other aspects.As an important part of education,colleges and universities are responsible for cultivating talents.Campus cultural activities in colleges and universities are important carriers of university cultural activities.The development of college football is in line with the requirements of personnel training and college construction.Football is also the current physical education teaching in Chinese universities.One of the indispensable elements in the work is that the development of football can not only enhance students' physical quality,but also promote the growth of college students' physical and mental health.It plays an important role in the construction of college campus culture and the formation of college education environment.However,current college sports students lack football experience and football is the core of football development.Therefore,the development of college campus football is a need for the training of college football talents.At this stage of the development of campus football in full swing,the development of football in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province is more prominent,and the scores of the competition are among the highest in the country.However,the results of college football in Henan are lagging behind.As the highest level of college football in Henan Province,there are only two participating schools.The enthusiasm of colleges and universities for participating in the three universities is not high,and the atmosphere is also poor.It is a very big obstacle to the development of the college football league in HenanProvince,and the performance of colleges and universities in Henan Province to participate in the North of the national college football league performance is not satisfactory,Henan Normal meticulous investigations and researches on six universities in Henan Province.Through the methods of literature data,questionnaires,expert interviews,statistics,and logical analysis,the football team in Henan Province(super team)The status quo of team players' training,coaches' status,management of venues and equipment,and the status of current competitions in Henan Province were analyzed and researched,confirming the achievements of Henan Province's campus football so far and the reasons for the lagging performance of college football teams in Henan Province.The problem is to compare the strengths and strengths of domestic elite football teams and establish the mechanism of Henan college football training and competition,and to provide a scientific and effective theoretical reference for the improvement of football team performance and level of football in colleges and universities in Henan Province.The study draws the following conclusions:1.At present,there is no college in Henan that recruits high-level football players.The recruitment channels are relatively simple.The outflow of young soccer talent in this province is more serious.2.The number of college students in college football competitions in Henan Province is relatively small,and the degree of participation in the competition is relatively low,which can not meet the needs of college student football competitions.3.Henan Province College Student Football League(Super Team)The coaches of the participating teams are mainly college sports teachers.The coach's football experience and coaching level are closely related to the daily training effect.Coaching coaching experience,coaching coaching experience and coach enthusiasm are the main factors affecting the training effect.4.The training intensity of the training team for the college football league(super team)in Henan Province is insufficient.The coaches did not monitor the physiology and biochemical indicators of theplayers adequately,and the recovery methods were simple.Most of the interviewed team members were not satisfied with the scientific degree of training.5.Some college football teams in Henan Province have formulated system regulations.However,the overall lack of rewards and penalties in the management of training and competition,and inadequate funding is also an important reason for training and competition.
