In 2015,the state announced the "Fundamental Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football",which includes a total of 17 campus football programs,which fully demonstrates the significance of the development of youth football.In the past four years,1,575 schools in Henan Province have been named "National Youth Campus Soccer Special School".In this context,it is necessary to study the current situation and development of football.After reviewing a large amount of literature and data,it is found that the research on the current status of campus football at this stage mainly focuses on the macroscopic aspects such as whether the layout is reasonable,site facilities,faculty resources,management system,funding sources,league organization and implementation,and the acceptance of students and parents.However,there are few studies on the specific practical aspects of after-class training courses,especially the research on training plans and training content,etc.,which are almost at a blank stage.This article focuses on the current situation of the development of extracurricular football in primary schools in Henan province as a research object,focusing on the detailed and systematic understanding and analysis of the details of the training plans for the extracurricular training,training content,and training duration.The advantages and deficiencies in the after-school training.Based on relevant experts' suggestions and referring to the "Guidelines for the National Youth Campus Soccer Teaching" and "China Youth and Children Training Soccer Training Just",comprehensive analysis and conclusions were made and relevant conclusions and recommendations were drawn.It is hoped that relevant references and suggestions can be put forward to ensure continuity and connection of campus football after-school training and promote the long-term and healthy development of campus football.This article uses the investigation method,the literature method,the mathematical statistics method and the logic analysis method.Through a questionnaire survey of 135 primary school campus football special school instructors in Henan Province,the following conclusions are drawn: At this stage,the province's campus football training activities are generally better,but some schools do not carry out campus education according to the requirements of the document.Football after-school training activities.At present,there are many factors that affect the football extracurricular training schools in our province's campus football schools: 1.The overall quality of instructors is not high,especially the lack of professional football teachers,lack of teacher resources,and lack of scientific research capabilities.2.The school leaders,athletes,and coaches have inaccurate understanding of the motives and purposes of participating in the training.3.The number of matches is small and the entry situation is not optimistic.4.Due to restrictions on venues and equipment,some schools have difficulty in carrying out football lessons and training.5,lack of training funds,a single source.6.Contradictions between schooling and training and parents' attitudes towards students' participation in training.In addition,the author participated in the practice of football lessons and training for Zhengzhou City,Xiangyang City and Yongcheng Primary School.Focusing on the content design of soccer extracurricular training activities,the formulation of extracurricular training plans and the methods of extracurricular training organization,we designed a set of training programs to carry out the primary school campus football training in Henan Province at the current stage.Through the investigation of 135 primary school football special schools in Henan Province,the specific situation of the extracurricular football training activities in the primary school campus soccer school in our province is analyzed.Based on the above analysis results,suggestions are made as follows: 1.To improve the coaches' comprehensiveness Quality,improve the level of scientific training,improve the scientific and technological content of training 2,according to the existing teacher resources,increase the training of physical education teachers in our province's football special school.Provide a "green channel" for the introduction of professional football talents.Through the implementation of the coach recruitment and competitive employment system,the employment system was activated to introduce incentives and competition mechanisms to the selection,appointment,and reward of coaches.It is possible to hire long-term or short-term part-time coaches outside the school,mainly by recruiting high-level coaches from professional teams,to achieve the complementary advantages of the coaches.3.Establish and improve the competition system.A game plan for the entire year is established.One year is a competition cycle.The main and away games are established between the campus football special schools to form two levels of leagues.At the national level,cities and cities are also used as units,and cities and cities compete with each other.Six months or one year is a cycle.In each of the elementary school,junior high school and high school competitions,teams with outstanding overall levels are interspersed into higher-level events,and some outstanding students with the actual and potential of football are attracted to the junior high school with football characteristics.4.Improve the facilities and facilities,build more venues,and provide basic protection for after-school football training.5,improve the diversified funding guarantee system,the results of the labor for the coaches should recognize and give corresponding subsidies,the outstanding performance of the coaches in the work,the appropriate combination of bonus and promotion titles.At the same time,necessary administrative measures are taken to ensure that the various training conditions for extracurricular training are guaranteed..6.Strive to overcome contradictions between studies and training and arrange training time scientifically.Coaches and teachers of cultural classes should also be used to ensure that the prescribed football training time does not occupy training time because of training.Coaches also need to arrange training time and training volume reasonably,and use scientific and effective training methods and methods.Relieve schoolwork pressure.This study combines relevant theoretical knowledge and participates in the overall implementation of the extracurricular football training activities through the field.Through the problems found,the contents of the training activities for football after school,the formulation of extracurricular training plan,as well as the training methods of football after school as the key research.The purpose is to design the outline of the after-school training program for the primary school campus football special school in our province according to the research of this article,and to provide a reference for the development of the campus football extracurricular activities in the football special schools in our province.
