Badminton is a traditional advantage project in our country.China's badminton level once represented the world's top level.However,at the Rio Olympic Games in 2016,the Chinese team won only two gold medals,and the women's program was even completely overshoot,which requires us to re-examine and attach importance to basic badminton training and teaching.Traditional badminton training faces a series of problems such as Shortage of training ground,Shortage of coaches and so on.Thus,the use of virtual reality technology for badminton assisted training gives a possibility to resolve these conflicts.This paper mainly uses literature research method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and experimental method to propose a basic scheme for applying virtual reality technology to children's badminton assisted training.According to the results,the rationalization of the experimental construction is verified and the effectiveness and feasibility of virtual reality in badminton training were fully demonstrated.The research results are as follow:1.Through experimental verification,virtual reality technology has no significant effect on physical fitness,but it can still play a role in stimulating training interest.2.Virtual reality technology in children's badminton assisted training can significantly enhance the technical skills of the students,with emphasis on the stability of the hitting,the coordination of the body and the speed of response.3.Virtual reality technology can fully mobilize children's enthusiasm,help to stimulate students' self-learning ability.By changing the traditional learning mode to achieve good results.4.Virtual reality technology can narrow the space-time distance between students and coaches,and improve training efficiency.At the same time,it has a positive significance for the sports confidence of children.5.For characteristics of badminton sports,virtual reality technology cannot replace traditional training,but is an effective complement to traditional training.The two complement each other and help each other.6.The combination of virtual reality technology and badminton training is practical and feasible,and it has a positive significance for the development of similar research.
