With the advent of the era of big data,all walks of life have paid more attention to the value of data than ever before,and the development and utilization of big data has become an important starting point for them to occupy a new round of competitive commanding heights.Therefore,in the management of Internet public opinion,it is urgent to introduce a new concept of big data,and at the same time use the new technologies of big data,so as to innovate the means of network public opinion management and improve the ability of managing Internet public opinion in the new era.In the context of the new era of big data,the Internet public opinion has shown new characteristics of massive and complex data,fragmented data,low value density,predictable development,and reflect social relationships.Big data is like a double-edged sword.On the one hand,it brings new challenges to online public opinion management.It includes four aspects: massive data collection on public opinion,complex data on public opinion index,low data value density on public opinion analysis,and data openness.On the other hand,big data also brings new opportunities for network public opinion management.It provides technical support,updates the public opinion judgment model,and makes public opinion management more democratic.The management of Internet public opinion under the big data environment is more diverse,and it emphasizes the synergy between multiple management entities.Big data can be applied to the network public opinion management process to build a network public opinion case base,strengthen the network public opinion analysis and monitoring,improve the efficiency of network public opinion alert,and improve the network public opinion response and disposition.Big data provides big data collection,integration,mining,and visualization technologies for the management of online public opinion.The improvement of the network public opinion management mechanism based on big data is mainly reflected in four aspects: promoting the reform of the network public opinion management structure,improving the public opinion guidance mechanism,and innovating the network public opinion decision-making mechanism.Through the analysis of the current situation of online public opinion management based on big data,the current awareness of the application of big datahas been improved,the continuous integration of big data network public opinion organizations,and the improvement of the use of big data technology.However,there are also the following problems: the quality of big data is uneven,the technology of big data needs to be strengthened,there is no synergy between the various applications of big data,the talent gap of big data is big,and the laws and regulations related to big data are lagging behind.This requires improving the level of big data applications,improving the management of Internet public opinion under big data,strengthening the construction of big data talents,and advancing the improvement of big data laws and regulations,so as to realize the effectiveness of big data in improving the ability of Internet public opinion management.
