Research On The Influence Of Big Data On The Governance Of College Network Public Opinion Under The Background Of 5G

The great influence of public opinion on society has become a consensus,and public opinion governance has also become a major subject of social governance.As an important part of the whole social network public opinion governance,university network public opinion governance is an important basis for maintaining a harmonious campus.However,the research on the governance of online public opinion in most colleges and universities is not deep enough.Especially under the current social background of the rapid development of communication technology and the entry of "big data" into the explosive stage,many defects and drawbacks have been exposed in its governance mechanism and other aspects.With the advent of 5G era and the iterative upgrading of new technologies and application software,big data,which is regarded as a modern technical resource,will gradually become mature in terms of transformation conditions and methods.It is more convenient to transform abstract data into actual data,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the governance of online public opinions in colleges and universities.Therefore,in the context of 5G,it is of certain theoretical value and practical significance to discuss how to use big data to improve the network public opinion governance ability of colleges and universities.In this study,literature research and questionnaire survey were used to study the domestic and foreign literature on online public opinion,and the experience and methods were used for reference.In addition,a questionnaire on the current situation of online public opinion and governance in Henan colleges and universities was developed to investigate the teachers and students of 19 colleges and universities in Henan.According to the above research findings,current college teachers andstudents have the characteristics of high network viscosity,positive attitude towards network events and high reception of 5G technology.There are many problems in the network public opinion governance of colleges and universities,such as fuzzy governance subject,backward governance mode,imperfect governance mechanism and imperfect governance system.Under the background of 5G big data brings new challenges to the university network public opinion management,to further enhance the network public opinion wise governance concept,improve the methods of network public opinion management,perfect the governance mechanism of network public opinion and establish a sound system of network public opinion management,through to the 5G under the background of deep mining and analysis of large data,do the humanized treatment in terms of public opinion guide,build multivariate collaborative management development new situation,to promote the benign development of the network public opinion management in colleges and universities.
