Research On The Governance Mechanism Of Major Internet Public Opinion Events In The Big Data Era

With the advent of the era of big data,the vast ocean of data contains a wealth of information.The Internet has the advantages of convenient use,wide range of dissemination,and low cost.Since its development,it has become an important channel for the government to communicate with the public and the media to release effective information.This not only makes the network information resources more abundant,but also subtly changes the network public opinion governance pattern.The root cause of this trend is that the big data technologies are accelerating innovation,network public opinion management is gradually turning into network public opinion governance,the governance subject is more diversified,and the governance path is further broadened.However,it should also be noted that the complicated and massive data has brought new difficulties to the network public opinion governance.False news,false reports and induced sharing on the internet endanger social security and government credibility.This makes the network public opinion governance face more severe challenges.2013 was recognized as the first year of big data.In view of the current unclear understanding of the major online public opinion events in the era of big data and the imperfect governance mechanism,the concept of network public opinion event governance has been defined,the standard for the determination of the degree of severity of online public opinion events have also been determined.In order to clarify the relationship types of major online public opinion events and the problems existing in the governance process,100 major online public opinion events of in the past 5 years were selected as research samples according to the concept selection of major network public opinion events.From the 100 cases,90 cases meeting the analysis criteria were selected.Through clustering index selection and index assignment,clustering analysis of 90 events shows the relationship types of major network public opinion events in the era of big data and the problems in the governance process.Finally,based on these issues,combined with analysis and judgment module,monitoring and early warning module,boot module,control and response module,and evaluation module,a major network public opinion governance mechanism based on the network public opinion governance subject synergy in the era of big data has been established.
