Research On Implementation Status,problems And Countermeasures Of University Students' Mental Health Service Based On Wechat Official Accounts

The mental health service work in China started late,and the development is unbalanced.Although people have knowledge of mental health knowledge but have not received enough attention,for mental health and psychological counseling,many people often do not have scientific knowledge,and even fear of psychological counseling.Also in colleges and universities in our country,the proportion of professional psychological counselors is seriously insufficient,and mental health services are often implemented by means of public courses or large-scale activities.There is less student participation and interaction,and this traditional form of mental health can no longer meet the diverse physical and mental development needs of current college students.Since the 21 st century,with the continuous development of education informatization,the networking of mental health services has become a research hotspot,especially in recent years,with the continued popularity of WeChat,the number of college student WeChat users has continued to increase,and mental health services based on the WeChat official accounts have also increased.Increasingly,it is an overwhelming force that affects our lives.In order to change the current problem of mental health services in colleges and universities and to enrich the content and form of mental health services,this study aims to explore the role of mental health services based on WeChat official accounts in the mental health services of college students,and to enrich the ways and methods of mental health services for college students.This study first sorts out relevant literature,familiarizes itself with the status quo of mental health service research under the trend of informationization,understands the advantages of WeChat official accounts,and defines relevant concepts.Questionnaire survey was used to distribute 630 questionnaires to college students and collect 610 copies.Statistical analysis of 610 questionnaires and SPSS analysis were conducted to understand the needs and functional requirements of college students for the mental health service WeChat official accounts.Through the Baidu search and WeChat input keywords "psychological","mental health","psychological services" search selected 15 colleges and universities undergraduate mental health services WeChat official accounts,to understand the University of Wechat official accounts construction status,operation status,etc.From We found that the WeChat official accounts is facing problems in the promotion of mental health services in colleges and universities,and put forward feasible suggestions for the development of mental health services based on the WeChat official accounts.The research of the dissertation shows that the mental health service of college students based on WeChat official accounts has a wide range of needs and is an effective supplement to traditional mental health services.However,it is still in an exploratory stage in implementation,and the promotion of mental health service network construction is inexorable.Open up the specialized technology and talent input of the operators.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the promotion work of WeChat official accounts,enhance service awareness,increase professional skills and investment in talents,cultivate professional operation teams,and play the role of peer counseling to promote mental health services for college students based on WeChat official accounts.Sustainable development.
