The Current Situation Of Feminist WeChat Official Account

At present,there are still many people who can not accept feminism,and believing that feminism will seriously endanger social stability.In China,some people even try to use traditional culture to publicize "female virtue" and establish "female virtue class",all of which are caused by the obstruction of the feminist communication path and the general misunderstanding of feminism.The emergence of network self-Media provides a larger platform for feminist communication.As a new network media,WeChat Official Account is a self-Media platform integrating text,Pictures,audio and video.It can achieve perfect communication and interaction between disseminators and subdivided audiences from multiple perspectives,and also make great contributions to feminist communication.Since the establishment of WeChat Official Account in 2011,many feminists have disseminated feminism and promoted feminist spirit through this platform.This paper focuses on the dissemination of new feminist media,and takes the Official Accounts containing feminist content as the research object.The purpose is to have a detailed and objective understanding of the current situation of their existence and to put forward suggestions for improvement of their development.Firstly,this paper defines the evaluation criteria of Feminist Official Accounts through literature survey law,and establishes the research object from many Official Accounts,and makes full sample analysis on the number of feminist articles,the index of new lists and the operation status,so as to get the evaluation index of the survival status of those Official Accounts.Then,the weight of evaluation index is determined by expert evaluation method,based on this weight index.All Feminist Official Accounts are scored comprehensively to get their current survival status.The research finds that the quality of Feminist Official Accounts articles is high,but the overall influence of the Official Accounts are low;the feminist content of the influential Feminist Official Accounts are small and the quality is low and the credibility is poor,which is the crux of the poor dissemination effect of feminism in WeChat Official Account.This paper also analyses these problems,and holds that the neeessity of feminist communication and the prejudice and misunderstanding of its connotation in the process of communication lead to the predicament.In view of the above shortcomings,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for improvement:1.Feminist Official Accounts need to establish more authoritative,advanced and in-depth discussion on feminist topics for minority elite audiences;2.In order to avoid cultural misreading,relevant Feminist Official Accounts need to grasp the connotation of feminism more accurately and enrich the forms of communication.
