Reform and innovation in ideological and political education requires,on the one hand,improving the theory of ideological and political education and,on the other hand,improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.In his speech at a symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the following: reform and innovation of ideological and political courses;constantly improve the ideological,theoretical,affinity,and related values of ideological and political courses;adhere to the demands of the "eight unities";and unify front-to-back education as one of the key elements The unification of front and back education is one of the important elements.On this basis,this dissertation will explore the theme of research on the combination of explicit and implicit ideological and political education of college students in the new era,what is the combination of explicit and implicit education,and why the combination of explicit and implicit ideological and political education is achieved.This paper consists of an introduction and three parts.This paper consists of an introduction and three parts.The introductory part describes the background of the topic and its significance,the current state of domestic and international research,research ideas,research methods,innovations and shortcomings.The first part provides a theoretical analysis of explicit and implicit ideological and political education,discusses explicit and implicit ideological and political education and their functional characteristics and limitations,respectively,as a basis for a thorough explanation of explicit and implicit ideological and political education combinations,and explains the three mechanisms of explicit and implicit combinations,which is also an explanation of what the implicit combination means.The second part of this paper examines the practical basis for the combination of explicit and implicit ideological and political education,because the reality of reform and innovation in ideological and political education requires the organic combination of explicit and implicit ideological and political education,and the problems faced and existing in ideological and political education require the explicit and implicit The problem-oriented requirement of organic combination of education.From the value function of educational effectiveness,it is determined that ideological and political education must combine explicit and implicit education,which is also the basis for answering the question of why explicit and implicit education must be combined.The third part of the dissertation is to answer the question of how to implement the combination of explicit and implicit education in ideological and political education in reality,that is,to improve methods.The dissertation proposes three aspects: strengthening the sense of responsibility in team building,realizing the combination of explicit and implicit,and improving the quality of competence;in the integration of resources,it proposes explicit resources,implicit resources,and living resources;in the construction of environment,it proposes large environment,small environment,and external environment;in the improvement of mechanism and system normative arrangement,it proposes guarantee of mechanism role and the constraining role of the system normative arrangement.
