Objective: Physical activity plays an important role in the growth and development of adolescents.Insufficient physical activity has become a worldwide problem.Lack of physical activity is an important factor in adolescents' overweight, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and decreased bone density. Therefore, the World Health Organization proposes to young people all over the world to carry out high-intensity physical activity every day for 60 minutes. Therefore, how to promote physical activity of young people has become a top priority. The development of motor skills as the basis for young people to participate in physical activity may be closely related to physical activity. Therefore, exploring the relationship between the two and finding out the past factors that affect the current physical activity and motor skills development of adolescents is of great significance in promoting physical activity of adolescents.Method: Subjects were randomly selected sample of Yuxin Middle School six classes of 153 12 to 14-year-old adolescents.Among them, there are 73 boys and 80 girls.Current physical activity is measured by ActiGraph3+ accelerometer for one week.Measurement of motor skills using children and adolescent skills test scale(MABC-2).Surveys of past adolescent sports experience were obtained by filling in the study's parents.Adolescent current physical activity and motor skills using Pearson correlation analysis.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of adolescent's past sports experience in current physical activity and motor skills. Results: Current physical activity of the subjects: 213.3 minutes per day for light intensity physical activity,29.6 minutes per day for moderate intensity physical activity,14.3 minutes per day for heavy physical activity, and 42.7 minutes per day for moderate-intensity physical activity. The ability to study the object standard score : hands-on ability 11.8 points, object control 11.3 points, balance ability 10.4 points, the total action ability score 11.4 points. The correlation coefficient between physical activity and object control r= 0.177(p = 0.029).Multivariate logistic regression found that the influence of the number of sports programs and early childhood exercise ability on the development of current motor ability was statistically significant.Children who enjoy a large number of sports activities have a high probability of developing their motor skills at a medium-high level, which is 5.6 times that of children who enjoy a smaller number of sports activities. The probability that the development of early childhood motor ability is in the medium-high level is also 3.4 times that of the low-level children in early childhood. The level of primary school sports has no effect on the development of adolescents' motor skills. The father's preference for exercise and family monthly income have a statistically significant effect on current physical activity.Adolescent whose father likes to exercise participate in moderate-to-high-intensity physical activity are 4.3 times as likely as fathers do not like the exercise group. There was no statistically significant effect of family housing area on adolescent's participation in MVPA.As the family's monthly income increases, adolescent will be more involved in physical activity.Children with high family monthly income are 10.4 times more likely to participate in MVPA than children with low monthly household income. Conclusion: The current physical activity of adolescents is consistent with the development of motor skills, and there is a mutually reinforcing relationship between them. The experience of early childhood sports will promote the development of young people's current motor skills. The number of sports activities and the development level of motor skills that are enjoyed by early childhood are important factors influencing the current development of adolescents' motor skills. It is recommended that parents guide their children to actively participate in sports in early childhood. The family environment has a positive effect on adolescents' current physical activity. The father's exercise habits and family income are important factors affecting the adolescents' current physical activity. It is recommended that parents create a good sports environment for their children.
