| Sprint is a cyclical speed-force-type project.Rapid strength is one of the important strength of the sprint.In order to achieve the success of training,we should not only have good Athlete selection but also have scientific training,In spite of the great progress be made by our country in sprint in recent years,there is still a big gap between China and the world’s leading level,We should conduct scientific training based on the selection of limited athletes "Muscle activation" is a direct translation of "muscle activation"in English,present,the related researches,concepts and training practices on muscle activation in China are still scarce.However,the term often appears in some literature studies.In this study,the Sprinter lower extremity raped strength training methods for the perspective,to explore The role of fast strength exercises after muscle activation in the sprint training,to provide a scientific basis for the selection of sprint strength training methods.With the method of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics for the effect of rapid strength training under the muscle activation in sprint training is studied,and concluded as follow:1.Through the statistical analysis of the data collected in the experiment,it is found from the comparative analysis of the two groups that the rapid strength training under the muscle activation can effectively develop the small load explosive force.Indicating that this combination training methods can effectively develop the ability to Run on the way,that is,in t.he case of smaller resistance to The ability of higher muscle contraction speed.2.Through the statistical analysis of the data collected in the experiment,it is found that there is no significant difference between the two groups in large load rapid strength indicators(30-meter squat-start and long jump),The relevant literature shows that the development of this part of the ability depends mainly on the absolute strength of athletes.3.The rapid strength exercises under muscle mobilization can effectively develop the small resistance rapid strength,but there is no significant difference between the big resistance index of the two fast strength exercises methods.Explain the specificity of muscle strength exercises.4.After the experiment,the test results of the special ability test of the experimental group and the control group were compared.The results showed that the special ability of 100m before and after experiment in the experimental group was significantly improved,while the special ability of 100m in the control group before and after the experiment No significant improvement,which shows that the rapid strength training under the muscle activation can effectively develop the special ability of the sprinter. |
